Here you'll find the typical kitschy-kitchen gear perfect for the avid home cook or stocking stuffers for the holidays. It's well thought out and reflects the bubbly and sweet personality of the lady who owns the store. She is exceptionally friendly and welcoming and REALLY eager to help you find what you NEVER thought you'd even need. The conversation only got more interesting when she found out about my culinary background. What really hooked me is the selection of olive oils, teas, and roasted coffee here. This was *the* aspect that distanced them from just being another culinary shop. You have a reason to come back not just for more toys BUT to actually fill up on unique oil blends and NOLA inspired local flavor roasted coffee. The scent in the air from these roasts was heavenly and sweet! While it's obviously not cheap, you'll find much value in all the items that they have thoughtfully sourced. I definitely recommend a visit especially to those who consider themselves culinary enthusiasts. I'll be back. I'll definitely be back.

While perusing the streets of NOLA with my personal guide, my sister Nikki B., we stepped inside this lovely shop looking for postcards and found so much more...It was filled with trinkets, kitchen ware, clothes, gourmet food items and so on... The employees behind the counter were helpful when I asked about post cards. Definitely a great shop for picking up some gifts as well. The inside was bright and inviting. The shelves were well stocked and very organized. Easy to take your time and check out everything! ~ and that's all I have to say about that...

We popped by in search of a few silly souvenirs to take home to folks and while we didn't get any souvenirs, we did find a great cookbook of all things New Orleans that caught our attention! We gifted it to our Cajun loving friend for her birthday, so it all worked out! Prices were a bit high, but we expected it knowing it was a souvenir shop in the French Quarter. Service was fine. No major issues, but wouldn't classify it as "friendly" either. Overall, solid shop to waste a few minutes in on your mission to find the perfect souvenir...or kitchen towel!
