Parking is much better than the Amityville location, and the staff are all great here…read more The floor space feels a little tight compared to some of the other locations, but they have a few sets of cross cable machines ( I think 3) and it is always kept extremely clean. Spin class room is a little small, however the bikes are always well maintained, and the music is always at a tolerable level. ( I have had an issue with this at my home location the manager there was unwilling to address) There could be more lockers since a couple of the locks are faulty, but asides that a great Crunch location. Just wish it were closer than my home club.

I recently finished a 14 day core challenge that Crystal set up and I was not disappointed. She…read moresent a video of herself doing the exercise prior to starting the challenge so that the group I was in knew what to expect. I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution. Every morning she sent an affirmation and checked on everyone in the challenge to see how we felt and how we were doing. I love a good accountability group chat especially since COVID forced so many of us to stop going to the physical gym and have to work out at home I would absolutely recommend Crystal because she genuinely cares about her clients and she wants to see you become your best self. She will challenge you and she understands that in order to reach your physical goals, you have to also focus on reaching your mental health goals.
