I've been coming here for the past 2-3 weeks, and it's been the same every single visit. What makes it even more disappointing is that it appears to be accepted as the norm. A little more attention to organization and gym etiquette would go a long way toward improving the experience for everyone.

Staff is great and attentive. They are always cleaning up. The machines are in great shape. Nice clean gym. Staff doesn't stop bothering you about a personal training session but when I was trying to contact them about a billing issue no one responds. Tried to get help as I am not happy with a billing& they did nothing. Couldn't even try to help. Parking is ridiculous. Walking .50 a mile in the dark alone just to go to a gym that's overpacked. Don't waste your money or time here. Go elsewhere!!!
