I have been a patient for 5 1/2 years now. I work a high stress job both mentally and physically. I had unwanted weight causing pain on my body along with multiple injuries from work as well as from years of soccer and weightlifting. Within a few weeks I was finding relief physically from the chronic moderate to severe pain I had been living with. This was just from the chiropractic adjustments and rehabilitation. From there I started learning about what was causing the inflammation in my body. I initially started seeing Dr. Lacey post-partum; I was experiencing severe nerve pain on my left side of my body, as I was healing after giving birth, and wasn't able to sit for longer than 30 minutes as my hips were displaced. I recently got into an accident in September and my mom found Elevation Health here on Yelp because of their 5 solid stars! I was nervous in the beginning because I have never been to a chiropractor before and did not know what to expect. However, calling into the office was super easy and making an appointment to come in was even easier. I went in on the first day and did a lot of paperwork but the process was a breeze. I have been consistent with coming in about 2 times a week, 3x if time permits since my accident! Every time after leaving my appointment, I always feel refreshed and relaxed, but dread the next few days when I am away because my back aches so badly when I go too long without Dr. Lacey!! She makes me feel so much better and I have never had my back cracked so good before!! Dr. Lacey also had a recommended lawyer, who she told me about, when I needed one to help me with my accident. She works on patients of all ages and worked on my son when he was just 3 weeks old. I have been under her care since August 2019. I was talked into going to see Dr. Lacey by my husband after a lifetime of skepticism about chiropractors. Due to a shoulder injury and hip and back pain I gave in. Great experience, Great results! After going to Elevation Health for about a month I was feeling so much better! And now after a little over a year my neck and low back pain are nearly gone and my shoulder has greater range of motion with less pain. Woohoo!! I've been a patient of Dr. Lacey's for over a year. I have suffered tension headaches and migraines my entire life. I sought out chiropractic care looking for relief for my headaches but learned from a thorough review with the doctor I was in desperate need of care for my lower back, shoulder and sciatic pain. TRUE MIGRAINE RELIEF!! My husband has suffered with migraines and headaches for years. He has seen several chiropractors in the past, which provided little relief. He also sees a neurologists who prescribes him medication for migraines/headaches, which also provides little relief. I have been seeing Dr. Lacey for my neck and she has done wonders for me. On my husband's fifth day of a bad migraine(!), I was finally able to talk him into seeing Dr. Lacey. Dr. Lacey saw him immediately. If I could do negative I would. I made same day appointment through their on-line scheduling. I walked into appointment in pain and drove 30 mins. I opened door to find garbage left at front door and empty box which I climbed over to see a teenager stare at me and I told her I had appointment. They treated me rudely like I was trespassing and when I said I had appointment dr was abrupt and said that computer should not have booked me ( no apology) just asked if I want to reschedule. I thought no way would I go through this experience again. It's their fault and frankly should have done something to get a new patient started or to feel welcome. Worst customer experience and frankly they looked very unprofessional and inexperienced. Surprised they have high rating or I would have never gone to a strip mall chiropractor next to a seedy looking massage parlor. Never again. Ps still waiting for refund. read more

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to share with you that I have had an amazing experience at Elevation Health. I went in for a knee issue that flared up from moving furniture and working out. It was keeping me awake at night the pain was so bad. I got a referral from a friend and went in to see Dr. Lacy and Dr. Seth. It has been so nice to not be in pain and I have much more range of motion, not tight in my low back which come to find out was making my knee ache.
