I haven't been much of a "gym person" for many years preferring to run or workout at home. But I decided to give OTF a try. Best decision EVER. I love it. I quickly upped my membership from 8 classes per month to unlimited premier membership. The studio is super clean, the coaches are fantastic, and the workouts are varied every single day. You don't get bored! You either start on a treadmill or the floor (and rower) and you just do what you are told. The time flies by. I leave every class having burned between 400-500 calories in the hour and did a combination of strength and cardio exercises. In the two months I've been going (5-6 times a week, I am hooked!) I've seen serious improvement in my heart rate recovery. And in my muscle definition too. Don't be intimidated if you aren't very fit. You can work at your own speed and do most of the exercises with modifications. The coaches will help you. I've been to other studios and they are all nice but Ridgefield is the most spacious I've seen with all of the up to date technology. But they are all good and the workout is the same no matter where you go. Isn't that cool? In short: LOVE IT

In the readings, it's not uncommon for Jesus or Mother Mary to come through, which they did for my reading. But, and this is a big but, if you have a lovely protected shungite room with some of the highest vibrating beings on the planet coming thru, wouldn't you kinda think they'd protect you and you wouldn't need to wear your mask? That dichotomy and disconnect between energy, vibration and fear doesn't really work for me. Hence, my prior review remains the same that this is a Spirit Lite sort of place...which there is nothing wrong with whatsoever because everyone needs a place to start. It is my deepest desire and wish that one owner would step out of her fear and into the truth and light and knowing that one's own field can protect you from bullets - think of Neo in the Matrix - and you do not need to sit around in masked fear. Regardless, I always find something here, like the moon calendar I needed, and am grateful they do exist. But being a conscious empath walking into fear porn where there should not be fear porn remains super hard. The feather wall hangings currently for sale are especially lovely. And, more often than not I buy larger crystals here I am very pleased with.

I have been going to him for over 5 years to have my tender points, trigger points and knots taken care of. This can't be done without some discomfort. But David is very skilled at reading your body and knowing just how far to go before it gets too painful. He generally also gives advice after the massage, for example some stretches you can do. David makes sure the massage takes place in warm, relaxed and quiet environment. He is worth every cent.

Although I've had pleasant conversations with all the staff, Erik has been my trainer for over a year now. He's not only helped make me noticeably stronger, but also helped me to lose over fifty pounds. He's an excellent trainer and PTP is lucky to have him. PTP isn't cheap; it's not some half-assed gym with pushy rude staff and dirty showers. But it's worth every penny. I recommend PTP to anyone who asks me where I go to workout.
