Typically, I only leave reviews once all the services are completed. However, I cannot express my wife's and my gratitude for the impeccable customer service provided at Elevation Vision. Dr. Moen was meticulous and thorough in his eye exam, addressing everything and answering all of our questions. He even provided samples to show my wife my visual perception of the world. Then, if you did not think things could become any better, we were privileged to work with Shay in the showroom or "optical boutique." She is outstanding with her customers, working with us throughout our entire visit. After leaving the poor service and negligence provided by the front office at Pearl Vision in Parker, we could not be any happier than to find a practice excelling at complete competence and thoughtful care as provided by Dr. Moen, Shay, and the rest of the staff at Elevation Vision. read more

Another great experience here. I stopped in to pick out a new pair of readers with my current prescription. A member of the staff volunteered to help me pick out my frames. As it turns out, this staff member was actually Dr. Lemburg! She was so nice and spent a ton of time with me, giving her opinions and even researching other frame options on her phone for me. At checkout, she asked if I wanted the prescription primarily for computer use or true, close-up reader use. Um, I didn't know there was a difference. Turns out there is. Dr. Lemburg took me back to her exam room to show me, and I quickly settled on the computer-distance option. This was all done on a Wednesday, and frames were ready and picked up on Friday. I can't recommend Dr. Lemburg, Dr. Moen, and all the others in the office I've interacted with enough. read more

BEWARE! I cannot speak about or rate this business on their services because I walked out before seeing the optometrist. Please be aware that they charge a mandatory fee of $39 for retinal imaging that is not covered by insurance. Many places are starting to do this because the machine is so expensive, it's the only way to pay for it. This is not an ethical practice because anyone who's been in the business for years will tell you it's an optional test that should never be a prerequisite for having any eye exam. read more

I would highly recommend. I had the WORST vision insurance through my employer (Davis - and sorry for anyone who has Davis). I finally got EyeMed and was able to see Elevation. I have a lot of eye problems - 20+ year old early tech lasik which resulted in keratoconus (diagnosed by Dr. Moen), severe astigmatism in both eyes, declining vision (although 20 years of 20/20 after being a (-8) since I was 8 years old was worth being an early lasik patient). My vision has always been my Achilles heel. Hopefully technology will advance and I can just get some robot eyes (which we joked about!) but until then I have a good plan in place. Now for the best part ... for the past five years under my previous eye doctor I have been paying upwards of $1,000 a year for contacts. Not only did Dr. Moen determine my prescription was completely wrong, but he also medically diagnosed me as having severe astigmatism, which resulted in my contact lenses being covered at 100%. My deductible was waived. My copay was waived. I just got a year's supply of contacts (speciality contacts for dry eyes that feel a million times better) in the mail today and it cost me NOTHING. Can't recommend this practice enough. If you need more than an annual check up this is the place to go. He knows his stuff and is very thorough. read more

I am a firm believer that quality of service is remembered long after the price has been forgotten. I am such a fan of Elevation Vision and Dr. Emily Lemburg as my optometrist! I discovered them after the babe came here for his vision care and contact lens. He spoke so highly of them that I scheduled my eye appointment. The front staff are so sweet and friendly. The office is bright and welcoming. You can fill your new patient forms online prior to your appointment, saving time when you arrive. Long gone are the days of the old archaic machines. They have the latest eye care technology. No more puffs for eye dilation where you are blind for hours. Test results are quick and ready with immediately to discuss with your doctor. I do recommend snagging the Bruder Eye Compress. Who would have ever known your eyes had piano keys and needed fat release? Trust me, it's worth it!!! Dr. Emily Lemburg is just a sweetheart. She builds rapport and a relationship with you, educating you without overwhelming information overload. While I did not need glasses or have any issues, it was wonderful knowing I can get annual excellent care here. Your vision is born within you. It is shaped by your priorities, values, and deep hearted dreams for your life and work. It helps if your eyesight is on point too! I would not trust anyone else but Elevation Vision with my big brown eyes! read more

What a gem of a find! I couldn't be more pleased. We recently took the whole family for eye exams here. They were good with all of the ages, even the youngest ones. The doctors and staff are so friendly. I was able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time online. They have some pretty cool equipment, so you don't have to get your eyes dilated. After they assessed our eyes and determined if we needed glasses or not. They had a nice selection to pick from. Again so much easier to do without the eyes being dilated! We picked out our glasses, they took measurements. They can make the glasses in house with their edger same day if they have the lenses in stock. Otherwise it only takes a few days and they are done. They also offer contact lenses and some other services. I highly recommend checking them out. read more

Dr. Moen is the most delightful doctor I've ever had, and I've had many. He makes me feel like I'm his only patient every time I go in. He's enthusiastic, intelligent, informative, energetic. Most recently, I went in under less-favorable conditions, which turned out to be a detached retina - the third time I've had one. Dr. Moen took me at 6:30 p.m. Immediately after looking at my eye photos, Dr. Moen called an eye surgeon friend to find out if I could go in ASAP to have retinal surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Shukla of Colorado Retina Associates, made some phone calls on our behalf. I had a successful vitrectomy surgery first thing this morning to reattach my retina. Prior to surgery, I received a kind, well-wishes message from Dr. Moen, after he'd received the report of my diagnosis from the retina doctor. This clinic and Dr. Moen deserve more than 5 stars - they all seem to go above and beyond in a beautiful, bright, clean facility. If you're looking for a conveniently located eye doctor, right off I-25, absolutely go meet Dr. Moen! read more

Dr. Moen is the best. Knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Understanding of the dramatic changes that can occur in newly diagnosed diabetics like myself. Made an appointment on short notice and completed my eye exam.I walked out with my new glasses the same afternoon. Then, within 30 days, due to my diabetes my vision changed dramatically. Called the Dr. and got in to see him within 2 hrs. He re-examined me and saw my dramatic change in vision. Gave Me new lenses within 20 minutes at no charge! Amazing service. read more

I can't say enough good things about Elevation Vision! Dr. Moen and his team are highly qualified and have a state of the art facility. I am a wearer of Scleral contacts thanks to Dr. Moen and suddenly I have close to 20/20 vision. I've been wearing glasses for as long as I can remember and have never had this good of vision. I've seen YouTube videos of people with Scleral contacts who started crying when they saw the difference. Now I get it! I would say Dr. Moen is an expert in this area. He took his time fitting me and making adjustments until my lenses were perfect. I'm 55 years old and only wish I had known about Scleral lenses sooner. Awesome eyeglass experience! In this age of Covid, most opticians send lenses out to be made and it can take A LOONNGG time to get them back, like weeks! But right here in CR this locally owned independent shop can make you custom lenses in less than an HOUR! Six months ago they made my computer glasses but I damaged one lense badly. I took them back in hopes that they could do something to fix (I would've paid them) and they completely remade my lense in 10 minutes, at NO cost, thanks to their warranty. Wow!!! I received a list of optometrist in my area from the VA to go to. This is a family owned business. They treat you with respect and like family. I have been to numerous eye doctors and they are the best you need not go anywhere else. I wish I could have given more stars but as you know 5 stars is the most. They are outstanding. read more
