Dr. Derby did an excellent job, and Alex at the front desk checked me in and handled all of the pre-testing efficiently and without any issues. They were both extremely friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made the whole experience very comfortable. I have been going to this place for years, but my wife and I had a bad experience with the front desk today and Thomas was very rude to my wife and I about an issue of an order for glasses. We never got a text/vm from them for 3 weeks, so I called and they said they have no order and said "maybe you went to a different place" and I watched my wife place that order and thought all is good then. Not good. They talked down to my wife as if we were out of it or something, not! We had to start all over and Thomas said my wife was rude on the phone to the front desk trying to figure out where the glasses were. THEY were the ones that were rude to my wife and today Thomas said that my wife was the rude one to our face in some room to check the price and insurance stuff. Very disrespectful!! Talked over us the whole time. We got the info/reference # of the glasses she liked and walked out saying we will never be back. What a waste of time. This business will suffer badly for the doctors. read more

My entire family has been going to this place since years and had a good experience but on my recent visit to the Pine bluff facility this one Mr. Thomas screwed up all my good experience with them. He was very rude and inconsiderate. WILL NOT recommend this eye specialist to anyone ever. I was put on a trial for contacts and the very next day I lost one eye contacts so I went back to get another sample, however they wanted me to go through my insurance all over again when they had just charged me for contacts fitting the previous day. Thomas was very rude and asked me to go to to another doctor. He was not even willing to listen to anything I said, was just plain out arrogant. Even the doctor refused to see me or talk to me. People like him should not be working in public facing jobs as he just does not have the decency to behave properly with his patients. Horrible experience !! read more

I live in Cherry Creek and even though it was a bit of a drive for me, I came here for an eye exam and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by their equipment and clean exam rooms! They sanitize them after each patient and Dr. McDaniel was thorough during my exam and meticulous while checking my eyes. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in the brands they carry and which frames would fit my face shape the best. They have such a great selection of high-end designer frames and so many different style options that anyone who comes in is bound to find a frame they absolutely love! Plus they're one of the only optical stores that carry Cartier so I finally got a frame I'd been wanting for a while! Definitely go to them for all your optical and designer frame needs! I just had my first eye exam with them. They have a lot of new high tech equipment and the staff was very nice and helpful. My reason for only 4 stars is that all the glasses they have are very high-end (Gucci...) and expensive. It's a good thing I didn't need frames. read more

Went to see this optometrist Mc Daniel about a year ago Worst mistake I've ever made first I ordered some glasses with the frame and when they came in about two weeks later they hurt my nose so bad I couldn't stand it so I went in twice for an adjustment and it still hurt my nose so I went to another optometrist and had him adjust them then I noticed that the lenses were always very foggy I tried numerous ways to clean them I even took them to him and told him see if he could clean the Lenses so he tried cleaning the lenses and he got the same result so he said I will order you some new lenses which he did and lo and behold that the lenses seam fine at first but after about three months I held them up to the light when I was outside and seen that they were starting to crack by the nose pieces I went back and told him I wanted them replaced and he said sorry can't replace them your warrantee is up and you need to get a new Eye exam then I'll order you a new lenses at the tune of $350.00. Told him this happen with no fault of my own and I don't think I should have to pay for new lenses and a new eye exam I he said sorry ma'am there's nothing else I can do for you. Absolutely amazing. The girls at the front are so nice and so helpful and the dr was just as awesome. I went in with my 9 week old and of course he decided in the middle of my eye exam to lose his mind! I instantly started panicking and apologizing to which the doctor assured me there was no reason to apologize. She let me get him squared away and even finished my exam with him on my lap. At one point one of the girls from up front even came in and held him for me to get him to calm down some. They were phenomenal. Nowadays when people hear a baby crying they get SO upset so I was worried they would have similar reactions, or worse make me reschedule which is incredibly difficult being a single mom of two under two!
