She is outstanding with her customers, working with us throughout our entire visit. After leaving the poor service and negligence provided by the front office at Pearl Vision in Parker, we could not be any happier than to find a practice excelling at complete competence and thoughtful care as provided by Dr. Moen, Shay, and the rest of the staff at Elevation Vision.

Beware of hidden fees and poor communication…read more My daughters and I have been coming here for a couple of years, and while the staff is generally fine, my most recent experience was disappointing enough that we won't be returning. I decided to purchase eyeglasses for the first time in years to give my eyes a break from contacts. The frames I wanted weren't in store, but I was told I could return them within a week if I wasn't satisfied. No one mentioned a restocking fee or any exchange limitations. When I returned the glasses six days later (because I couldn't see well through them and they didn't fit my face), I was told I'd be charged a 25% restocking fee--and only allowed one exchange if I chose another pair. This was never communicated upfront. The employee claimed it was "in the contract," but I was never told I was signing a contract--just handed papers I assumed were my receipts. Now I'm out $75 for a pair of glasses I couldn't use. I would have happily gone somewhere like Warby Parker, where the policies are clearly communicated and customer-friendly. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency. I hope they reconsider how they handle customer education and returns.

Efficient and Professional…read more This was my first visit with Dr. Tran and my first eye exam in a while. The office and exam rooms are inside Castle Rock Walmart. There is also a side entry door off the parking lot that goes directly into the office. My whole experience with her was excellent and I'd recommend her and her office staff. Dr. Tran seemed to me to try to do the refraction as well as possible. In my experience these are always rushed and sometimes iffy, but she did a good job. I also found that she had more flexibility than most optometrists regarding the exam itself, and also she does try to be helpful with what the optical shop will make for you. I later needed a reissue of one of the prescriptions she gave me and her office gave it to me with no hassle. Recommended.

We paid them but a few days later they called and said the frames were not 20 off and therefore we had an unpaid balance. Disappointing first/last time experience... Was getting…read moreready to leave for a trip and needed to repair a pair of older sunglasses. They simply needed new nose pads, something I knew cost very little and would be a quick fix. I went in to this nearby Eye Center and was told I needed to have a seat and someone would be happy to help after a short wait. Well wait I did and then someone did help. She came from the back after being called, and treated me as though I was a bother. She listened to what I needed, disappeared and then came back to hand me my glasses. She then told the cashier to charge me $5 for a pair of snap in nose pads she popped in in 10 seconds and promptly disappeared again. Well, the pads she used were too small to support/distribute the weight of the frame they were put in, so either she didn't know her job, or she was just put out by my simple request and being rude. Either way, I was not impressed and won't be back to support this establishment. Full disclosure here: I worked in optics for years. Never once did I charge for a pair of nose pads. They are purchased in bulk very inexpensively and are usually a loss leader eye centers use to establish rapport and build a relationship with their potential clientele. Not so here.

When I went back to see the doctor, he was great he walked me through the whole process. He was great at explaining everything in a way that I could understand. In the end, I did need new glasses. I went back to the front and chatted with Ashley about some different options. I was recommended to get relaxation lenses, which I was a little nervous about. The doctor told me that if I didn't like them he would trade out the lenses to different ones for no charge. Ashley showed me a few pairs of glasses and I didn't see any that I loved. Then, she pulled out rayban sun glasses and showed me what they would look like without the tinted lenses. I was in love. I have never gotten so many compliments in my entire life. Today a man at the grocery store stopped me just to tell me how much he loved them. I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone for a check up or to get new glasses!
