What pushed me to write this review is based on how Chris managed his interaction with the headshot photo shoot. The lack of integrity in how he manages his business left me feeling super jaded and defeated after our session. It's important that other clients/customers are aware of his practices prior to trying out a shoot with Chris. What really got me is when he refused to redo them or offer a refund for the shots. You will think that if a client/customer hates their headshot that much, you will naturally want to work with them, give that the images/portraits/photos are a reflection of your work!! He didn't use a reflector and wasn't willing to work with me on the angles to make the pictures look professional. From the beginning, I was super specific about what I was looking for. I needed professional headshots for my webpage, hired Chris to do them, he sent the pictures back within an hour, and I was really disappointed in the images. My whole team agreed that the portrait headshots turned out terrible. The only pro: He's communicative, and responds right away. I will give him that.
