My cousin utilized this service last Saturday for his wedding. The young lady who set up the camera and acted as the attendant was not very friendly and was in actually borderline rude. It was apparent that she did not want to be there and it was sort of a damper to the night. I don't believe I ever saw her crack a smile or try to engage in any sort of small talk. The props consisted of mostly paper signs, a few hats, a couple pairs of glasses, etc.). The item that stands out most is a pair of emoji poop headbands. Other than setting up the camera (which felt a bit low and a bit too close)-the attendant was there to hand out the printed photos. Upon review-the quality of these prints were definitely subpar to other photo booths. The wedding was on the 23rd and we finally got our pictures emailed to us on the 27th. We wanted to book Eleven Photo Booth for an event in Santa Monica, and purchased a Living Social deal for $258 for 4 hours of their open air booth. A lady from Eleven called us back saying that they couldn't do the service since Santa Monica is too far, and "they're having trouble getting people to drive out that far." We offered to pay for the extra mileage fee, but the lady was not cooperative. And, by the way, the distance from their zip code to Santa Monica is between 45-55 miles. The fine print on Living Social says the range is 50 miles. Again, we offered to pay (and would have also tipped an extra $50-100, knowing this) for them to come out. Pretty ridiculous, seems like they pick and choose what events they want to do (I called two days before and never got a call back, and so we chose to go through L.S, which ended up being a big mistake). Kaitlyn did an excellent job working by herself considering she had to deal with our children touching everything and their families. She was patient and professional. She had everything set up and we were able to use some cool props. We got the postcard size photos with different poses. Be sure to check the packages and deals they offer. Reflecting back on my friends wedding just a few days ago (11/09/18), everything went smoothly except for the photo booth. After knowing she paid in full, this photo booth company was nowhere to be found. Countless calls to try and contact them was unsuccessful and put such a damper on the wedding for the bride and groom. It is very unprofessional to have many conversations with the company and pay for a service for your wedding and completely fall off the grid day of. It's unfortunate that this company ruined a part of their wedding, and part of the memories of that day. They still have not responded (as of today 11/14/18) and the lack of ethics is astonishing. We would not recommend this company, unless you're looking for an unprofessional company with lack of communication. read more

Super experience ordering with Eleven Photo Booth. I called them later in the evening expecting to leave a message but a very helpful person was there to answer my questions. I got their enhanced package ($89 upcharge) but it was SO worth it! Among other things, it included an upgraded backdrop and magnetic strips to turn the printouts into refrigerator magnets (hello, instant favor!). Kaitlin and Jay helped me every step of the way with all my questions and they even got approval to extend their normal operating hours to accommodate our reception! They arrived early and the set-up was in the perfect spot for maximum guest enjoyment! The booth was hopping all night and the props were fun and silly. Oddly enough, I never yelped Eleven Photo Booth. I hired Eleven for a prom event probably 6-7 months out to secure the date. Since it was so far out, I did not have to communicate very often with them but every time I did (either email or call), they were responsive and replied in a timely matter. The week of prom, I got an email draft of what the photos were going to look like, which was very helpful. The students wanted it revised twice and both times, and SHE was was very helpful and quick with turn around time, which helps elevate stress week of events! Ray (not Jay- I was confused for awhile) was at the venue early and we discussed where he should set up. Due to the venue size and shape, after he set up, he had to move another two times but was very cool and understanding about it both time. Ray was professional, personable and approachable. Eleven Photo booth definitely exceeded my expectations. It helps that I can compare them to the crappy photo booth vendor I booked for my wedding in November. The whole process with Eleven Photobooth was so efficient (and affordable!) Booking and reserving our date was really the only communication prior to event. I never needed to follow up with them. They did send me an email with sample prints about a week before the event. I didn't have to make any suggestions to the sample because they did wonderful. I don't see how people could fall into these issues they state in their reviews if they just call BEFORE purchasing the groupon/livingsocial deal. Just as the fine print states for almost all of the various companies. The birthday party was yesterday and the booth was a hit! He arrived and started early but stayed until the contract's end time. I was hesitant at first as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" but in this case we got much more than our money could buy! I bought a Groupon deal for my daughter's birthday. They never called back after I left a message and had to call them back to schedule my party. The Groupon only states that it needs to be within a 50 mile radius and I was 28 miles away. He told me I needed to pay for over mileage which is not stated on the Groupon. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought a Living Social deal on May 1 from them for a four hour rental for my wedding. The voucher said they would deliver within a 40 miles radius and my venue was 36 miles from their location. I called originally on May 5 to book. Jay told me on the phone he would have to check with his supervisor because they have a company policy that they can only go 60 miles round trip from their location. I offered to pay for the extra mileage (even though I clearly told him that was not what the voucher said) and he said that since Living Social takes a certain percentage, they would still lose money. I told him that they should honor the voucher but he said he would have to check. After this, I called them every two weeks for next two months. Every time, Jay said he still hadn't talked to his supervisor but he had a note on his desk regarding my inquiry. When I called again today, Jay told me that the date I requested had booked up and I should try and get a refund from Living Social. Clearly, my business means nothing to them because they booked the date I had requested two months ago without thinking to call and let me know when Jay supposedly had a note on his desk reminding him to call me back, which he never did. I cannot believe that this place is still in business if this is the way they treat customers. They have no integrity. Do not buy Groupon or Living Social deals from them because clearly they have no intention of fulfilling their end of the voucher. read more

Hired them for my wedding. Booking was very easy and it was a great price. We confirmed with them and my wedding coordinator sent them final conformation with what time to be there. They showed up very late. They were setting up during our grand entrance instead of already going. It cause a ton of stress for my wedding coordinator and we were about to call a different company. Once they got there everyone seemed to like it and have fun in the photo booth. However, several people commented to me that the person working it seemed super grumpy. Also, many people walked away and when they returned their pictures were not printed out. Apparently he was only printing out photos for people that stayed to wait for them.
