My wife and I have been going to this location for a decade, and we will never be returning barring ownership selling. We purchased e-gift cards in December and when we tried to use them, they were suddenly unable to find them on the account and that they don't sell the gift cards it's a third party named Hownd. Since these gift cards were never given to us, we did a chargeback. Conveniently, once the chargeback went through, they called us saying that they can see the balance on our account now. When we went into the location to discuss, the "manager" threatened to ban us and charge us for the dispute fee. I then called the next day to cancel my account and was told the person who we talked to was just a "front desk" employee and that despite their website saying membership is month to month, they need 30 days notice on cancelling. When I refused to pay that, they "terminated my account". I would not recommend this location, purely on the behavior of management. The massage therapists such as Erin and Kevin are amazing people and great at their jobs.

I had a planned epidural and wondered whether a doula would be worth the cost but it completely was and I would do it all over again. She got my birth moving by turning me back and forth and using the peanut ball, she explained to me everything that was happening (at my request), and made me feel in control which was all that I could hope for as my first birth felt very out of control. She is absolutely amazing with my babies. She's also there for me as a mom/friend. She's available pre-baby, during contract, and after. She's helped with my babies sleeping, weaning night feeds, trying different sleeping strategies. She's also quite knowledgeable in breastfeeding/pumping.
