They also have facials which can be used instead of a massage. We typically book a couples massage each month with the same therapists. I informed mine that I ride horses and tend to be pretty sore in my back. She does a fantastic job and I honestly do not have much pain after I ride now. It definitely helped with tension and soreness. I tried their facial last week and it was also really nice. They asked what my goal was for my skin and did a quick massage on my back and neck. Would highly recommend! The facility is very modern and they offer flavored water when you walk in. When it's cold outside, they give you a heated neck micro-bead pillow. The bathrooms are always clean and the beds can also be heated.

They made an unauthorized charge to my card! I purchased a massage for my husband for Father's Day…read more My husband does not speak English so I filled out all the paperwork and went inside. When I picked him up he told me he was asked how his massage was and offered a membership to which he declined. I received a $40 charge on my card one month later. They told me they had booked him for a massage on his way out. He never confirmed or agreed to anything, way to take advantage of people! I had to cancel my card because I didn't want any more charges from them. The manager offered a massage at a discounted price which I declined. I'm not rewarding them making an unauthorized charge by giving them more money. I am also unable to get a refund back on my card since it was cancelled and they are not willing to confirm with my bank that it was indeed an unauthorized charge so we can get our money back. This is stealing !! This isn't how you run a business. People trust you and give you their payment deals to hold an appointment or pay for a service not for you to charge them randomly like this. I was told the owner " probably " wouldn't want to work with my bank. This is sad !!!!

The check in area (check in process is easy and welcoming) has unique products that were reasonably priced (rare). I first had a massage with Reiki with Laura. Laura makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process and she is highly skilled. She is clearly intuitive and insightful regarding the physical and energetic body. I appreciated her style. They have a number of practitioners that I'm sure are just as talented, but I lucked out with Laura. I felt relaxed, grounded and peaceful afterward. I then got a facial with Brandon. Again, I was made to feel relaxed so I could enjoy the treatment. The products he selected were tailored for my particular skin, very intentional. Plus the products had wonderful natural scents. The facial included a mini-massage targeting the legs feet arms hands face. My skin looked and felt great. Again very skilled practitioner. I would highly recommend sage healing, if you are looking for self-care! But when we asked them if they could break a $20, they refused saying our tip was not enough and that they need $20 each. Quite unprofessional and cheesy if you ask me.
