After hours of research (according to her), my bestie gifted me an hour aromatherapy package deal to this place for my birthday. It was kind of hard to locate this place because there was no signage to point us in the right direction. But we soon found it (after driving around like idiots for 15 mins). This business isn't located in a stand alone store, but in a building that is shared with other businesses. As we walked in, Kelly greeted us immediately. She handed each one of us a questionnaire to fill out before we started. After she looked over the questionnaire, she individually gave us recommendations of ways to help problem areas and try to find out where she should concentrate more during the actual massage. Once the massage started, I see why this place was rated sooo highly. I came out relaxed and worry free (so did my friend). I bought a 90 minute massage Groupon and booked it with Kelly. She talked to me before the massage to ask me about problem areas. She not only gave the best massage I've ever had but she also told me what she found (knots, tension areas etc). She also talked to me afterwards about how to prolong my results and suggestions for tension. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend getting a massage there with Kelly. read more

First, I love the automated online booking system. Easy to use and sends both txt and email reminders. The space is not what you usually think of as the "spa" is located in an office building. However, the service more than makes up for the location which when you are relaxed, doesn't really matter! I started out with a questionnaire and then the session started out with a through review of the questionnaire which I appreciated. Ishmael, my therapist, was amazing and really took into account what I said and incorporated it into the session. I have never been so satisfied with a massage. He is very knowledgeable about the muscles and how they are all connected. I never had to ask for more pressure and he worked "kneadlessly" on my knots pushing them flat. And, there were a lot of them. He warned me that I'd be sore the next day but that's what I asked for! I would highly recommend this spa and Ishmael again to anyone and will be coming back. I had a pretty mediocre massage. First of all, our appointment was for 10 but when I made the reservation, he (I forgot his name) asked us to come 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. We were there at the designated time but they weren't open. I called their number several times but no answer. We were getting ready to leave when they finally showed up at 10:00, no apologies even when we mentioned that we had time constraints. My husband's massage was good, mine sucked. I asked for a deep tissue and you would think you'd get that from a man giving you the massage. I don't recommend this place because my time is just as important as yours and you couldn't even apologize for being late, then a crappy massage solidified my decision. read more

Delightful Break Massages are exactly as the name of the business. Never have I had a more delightful massage experience! My cousin purchased a voucher for me as a gift, and I was a little leery at first. I'm not a newbie to the massage world and had become accustomed to Aveda salons. Upon entering the place I was a little skeptical since it is in an office building and it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised after the therapist reviewed my areas of concern with me. While I said I wanted a massage that was a cross between relaxing and deep tissue it turned more into a deep tissue, but he really worked out the areas of tightness and I was not sore the next day which usually happens with deep tissue. The service was extremely pleasant and I would recommend again to anyone, just don't expect a "spa" feeling. If you're looking for a spa experience this is not the place. I was given an appointment for a massage and facial by my thoughtful boyfriend for my 40th birthday. He read the other reviews and was excited for me to have a nice spa experience. Only an hour before my appointment Kelly called to cancel because she was sick. Fine, understandable... We rescheduled for today at 9am. I got there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork... What spa doesn't have you at least sign some questioner or waiver? I uncomfortably sat in the unappealing joint waiting area- they share with some other non spa like businesses until exactly 9am. Kelly walked in and asked if I had an appointment... Shouldn't she know that she has a 9am appointment? I replied yes it is supposed to be starting now... Note that the door was still locked and lights off. She told me don't worry about it that I was fine on time. She asked if I had a time constraint. Should that matter? Her website states that your service will promptly end at the scheduled time and you must give 24hr notice for cancellation! Then told me that she was having stomach issues and had to stop at the store. Ewe!!! Please massage me and touch my face after telling me that! Be on time and have respect for the clients time. I had a wonderful massage at this place yesterday for the first time. I like that it is a smaller, more personal atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprise by the quality of the work. Ismael did not rush one bit nor miss one muscle on my whole body and showed much concern to work those areas that I had pointed out. I do not remember when the last time was a massage therapist went above and beyond to make me feel this good. I will be happy to come back soon. I did not know how badly I had needed a massage until Ismael found all those knots under the skin. If you want 'just' a massage, you may go any places out there.
