A woman asked my husband if he had an appointment with Anthony (he wears tunnels). Anthony didn't say a word and continued being on his phone. Yet, he dictated him to make an appointment with such aggression. It gave off like a high school atmosphere, at this point. We don't mind making an appointment since it is more structured but there is no need to be so hostile about it especially with a name like La Familia.
