I asked for my line up and they pushed me back they left me looking like mega mind and I asked a question to one of the workers and they got mad at me they where saying all these cuss words at me and I had to hold in my tears and the customer service was really bad. read more

I walked in one day a couple years ago John took me I. Last minute and a few of my relatives in the spot on a day he was closed. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable no one can cut my hair better than he can so I've gone as far commuting an hour for my haircut weekly... he is super busy booked all day everyday and some how manages to get me in every time at my convenience.... he's working partners are also very talented and friendly I highly recommend this spot read more

Started bringing my little man to his place and he leaves happy every time, my son loves talking to the guys about Sports, Movies and everything in between. These guys are Awesome! I always get a fresh fade by John Jones. Been going to him for 7+ years now, and the fade is always on point. The shop is clean and comfortable. There's sports, TV shows, or music always playing. A couple of classic arcade video games and a basketball game to play while you wait. Definitely worth it. I've been following Mr. Jones since I was a lil cabron. He's been cutting me, my brothers, and my primos for as long as I can remember and to this day! Dude knows what he's doing. I don't know why I keep going to other barbers for the sake of not traveling across the valley. I'm never happy with my haircuts unless I go see Jon Jones. I'm glad he's finally raised his prices because the man and his team of barbers deserve more! The Shop: very mellow vibes! Definitely feel like I'm at the homies pad hanging out. Like, even the little niños from the hood stop in to get their fresh fades done! Haha! The guys keep the place clean too, there's always good music playing, couple arcade game machines, vending machine, tv, and a bathroom. Only thing that can be an issue is parking but the strip mall is rather small despite the amount of shops there. Some awesome advice would be to find your favorite barber, learn his name and availability, and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! It's a little extra but totally worth it! These dudes are in high demand, especially during the weekends. I messed up recently and waited way longer than anticipated. I obviously didn't mind because I knew I was gonna get hooked up with an awesome cut. I never doubt Jon Jones. I came here on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised at how neat, clean, and welcoming the establishment was. I received a haircut by Jonathan and he did an excellent job on my hair from hairline, sideburns, mustache, and goatee. What I like most about Icon Unlimited is that it has a balanced atmosphere where you get all the cultural staples of the urban barbershop: 1. funny conversations, 2. local information, 3. good music, and etc but it's professional as well so you feel comfortable and safe at the same time.
