So cute the puppies are so adorable. And so well taken care of. I can't wait to get mine here.read more

I would strongly caution anyone considering getting a puppy from this breeder…read more The puppy we received came home with four separate parasite infections: Giardia, Coccidia, Cryptosporidium, and hookworms. Since bringing her home, she has been on constant medication and has been extremely sick, which has been heartbreaking to watch. Our puppy was born on 12/25/25. She was picked up on 2/19/26 and is still sick as of 5/24/26. We were told that if we had not gotten her, she probably would have died in Olivia's care. No right minded person would have ever given away a dog that was only 1.7 pounds. When we notified Olivia, instead of showing concern or taking accountability, she attempted to place the blame on us. Even more disappointing, there was no meaningful follow-up to check on our puppy's condition. To make matters worse, the contract conveniently states that the breeder is not responsible for any parasite infections, which feels incredibly shady considering the severity and number of infections our puppy had upon arrival. The contract protects her from any lawsuits she deserves, shielding her from accountability despite the serious issues involved. Three months later, our puppy is still battling Giardia. She is now experiencing bloody stool, vomiting, and brown urine, and our veterinarian has confirmed that this likely stems from exposure through the mother's milk and breeding environment. We were specifically told this originated from Cooper and Polly's litter, and we believe prospective buyers deserve to be aware of this ongoing situation. No family should have to go through the emotional stress, financial burden, and worry of bringing home a sick puppy. We expected a healthy puppy and responsible breeder support, and unfortunately received neither. I will continue to share my experience on all social media accounts, Google, Yelp, and anywhere else I can. I will do anything in my power to spread the word about the horrible experience we have had.

I thought I was dealing with professionals. I've been taking my pets to Ruth's for several years…read more My recent visit was really disappointing. I dropped my dogs off for their appointment that I waited for over a month for a bath and nail trimming. When I picked them up it looked liked they didn't have a bath. She actually took a wet wipe to clean my dog behind and told me it was black heads. My older dog sheds usually after a bath frees him from shedding for about a week. Sadly to say my wife rubbed his back and had a hand full of hair. I'm sure that my dogs may not have even had a bath. The groomer admitted they were short on staff I noticed that it was just her and another worker. When I pointed out the issue to the helper he tried to ignore me and act like he didn't see anything. We shame on you if you can't do the job maybe you need to shut your doors until you have a staff that can do the job they are hired to do.

First reason to love them, they didn't use a drying cage. My dog is pretty small and those cages…read moreare too much for her. On two occasions I tried chain stores and said not to use a cage (it takes less than 10m to blow dry her), well they did it anyway and she freaked out and got sick. The groomer we worked with was pleasant and really responsive, she cut her per my specifications. Ruth's isn't overly crowded, her prices are very reasonable. Unlike a lot of large places, a full groom is just that, no adding on ear cleaning charges, or silly fees. The location has easy access to parking, they open early enough for a drop off on the way to work. They also offer a military discount.
