Zero stars if I could. We scheduled surgery for Friday,10/31 for my son's broken nose to be fixed. The prior Tuesday, the Dr himself called (first red flag) to say that the surgical center was closed for Halloween on 10/31 (a lie, second red flag). I asked for it to be kept on 10/31 but moved to Lansdale Hosp. Dr Goldberg said he would call back the next day to confirm it. Nothing. I never heard back. I called, and called, and called Thursday, the day prior, to get an answer. I finally got a live body and was told there was no plan for my son. I was also told that they would leave an "Urgent" note on the Dr's desk. Still nothing. At this point, because time was of the essence, my son's nose is now set according to CHOP. This completely changes the outcome for my son. Dr Goldberg is not to be trusted. I will be reporting him to the Board. read more

I had such an incredible experience with Doctor Goldberg! This Dr. has an excellent bedside manner. I felt extremely comfortable while the procedures were being done. I have left other practices due to various reasons & my friend suggested this doctor. I am thrilled with the results & this doctor actually told me to call over the weekend if I had any issues or concerns. Cannot wait for my nest appointment. The office is clean. My boyfriend's appointment for his breathing, was at 3:45pm on a Tuesday. We got there and signed in at the front desk at 3:35pm. We were taken back to the room at 4:10 and sat in the room until 5:00pm on the dot and left. Decided not to wait any longer. Horrible. There's no need for an appointment for this place. It should be first come; first serve. No care given. And was never even seen by anyone. read more

I highly recommend doctor Goldberg. He is very caring and knowledgeable, he listen your opinion, so you feel very comfortable to discuss your problems. I had several issues and every time doctor give me best treatment. I had recently nose fracture and doctor performed exellent surgery. I cant explain how wonderful it looks, not just feels. PS. The office has cancellation policy, but if you can gate same day you broke your appointment your fees will be waived! read more

For better or worse, I've had quite a few medical visits lately, so I've been sampling the customer experience at clinics, hospitals, etc. in my region. I found my ear care and audiology exam at Dr. Joshua Goldberg one of the most pleasant medical experiences I've ever had. First, Dr. Goldberg uses ZOCDOC, which made finding his practice, verifying insurance coverage, and making an appointment quick and easy. Upon arrival, his office facility was clean, pleasant, and welcoming. The office appeared to be a prior historic home, complete with a large fireplace, and an airy, open waiting room with interesting audiology and ear health information and items in glass cases (like a mini-museum). It was a nice place to spend time. The reception process was the best I have ever experienced. The receptionists were friendly, and very efficient. This is the first medical office where I was greeted on arrival with EVERY medical form completed in advance. I had only to sign/initial on several pages... all my information was pre-filled, correct, and complete. I quickly saw Dr. Goldberg personally, who was professional, engaging, and funny. In addition to an ear exam, he listened to my history and concerns and performed a vacuum cleaning of both ears, which made a noticable, immediate improvement in my hearing. This was before my audiology exam, so I believe I was in better shape to accurately complete the audiology test because of the cleaning. In addition, Dr. Goldberg seemed in no hurry, and spent a few minutes talking about his practice, the facility and staff (on which I complimented him for excellent execution), his kids, college choices, etc. Dr. Goldberg came off as not only a competent physician, but also as a friendly, real person. My audiology test was performed in a soundproof booth with a professional audiologist, using professional audio and medical equipment. The test was easy to understand, extensive, and the results were printed and explained to me immediately afterward, with copies for me to take home. Outstanding! Though this was a busy office, Dr. Goldberg met with me afterward, to ask if I was satisfied and to speak again briefly as I was headed out. I wish he also offered eye care, because I would definitely switch. Regardless, I see myself and my family going to Dr. Goldberg for all of our ear care / audiology needs for the future. I found the entire experience at Dr. Goldberg's practice to be outstanding from start to finish. read more

What an amazing experience. This office was energetic and the nurses were incredible. Dr. Goldberg is amazing and has years of expertise that he is able and willing to share with his patients while also being patient with them. He allows you to explain your symptoms and your discomforts without judgement. We will be recommending this office to everyone from here on out. read more

Be extremely careful reviewing your bills. My husband and I were both billed for procedures we did not have done and this was a few months apart. I didn't really believe my husband when he initially complained thinking maybe it was medical terminology we didn't understand and it was done. Also, because I trusted Dr. Goldberg having seen him for years. Then I received a bill for a something I did not have done. Now we realize there is something funny going on. We will try to resolve with the office and otherwise will appeal to our insurance. Check every billed procedure. read more

I had an extremely long wait ! Then I could hear the doctor dictating medical office notes on patients that had been seen earlier that day. Keep in mind his office is not HIPPA compliant to start with. I didn't feel well so against my better judgment I stayed for my office visit and it got worse. I felt like he was pushing me to have an allergy test. I was there to be seen for my clogged ears. I ended going to another doctor that flushed my ears and let me know I didn't need any test I later saw other reviews about how he wants to build up Allergy Injection Patients. Watch out if you decide to see this doctor !!! read more
