The periodontal hygienist immediately saw the problem and quickly arranged a consult with the dentist. Dr Nicklaus Miller made the time to review the problem and sent me to a periodontal DDM to get a second opinion. I had to have the problem tooth pulled by Dr. Doeste a periodontal DDM. She was fast and efficient and did the bone graph in less time than it took to listen to two songs on my earbuds. She keeps her staff on their toes! Her hygienist was courteous and explained the whole procedure to me before the extraction and gave me thorough after surgery instructions. In addition I had this extra large frenum which is that skin in between your two front teeth that was pushed together by wearing a too tight retainer to close the gap between my two front teeth. I lived with this excessive skin for over 40 years and sometimes it was the first thing to get scorched if I drank a hot beverage not to mention it always felt like a nuisance.....dentists would look at it poke it with their finger and say "hmmm this frenum is rather large", BUT not one dentist ever asked me if this excessive skin bothered me? Well this office asked me and said they could have that surgically removed and they sent me to Dr. Doeste. She did a fantastic job on my frenectomy. No more extra skin! I like the way the two offices work together!!! A special shout out to Rhonda who worked her magic twice to get me scheduled with Dr. Doeste before I have to go back to Texas.

I've never had any issues with this insurance company (GEHA) paying claims. They have been paid by insurance but are dragging their feet to refund overpayment.
