I am this family's assistant, and when things like this happen, I look bad. 3/23/2014 - My credit card was charged $260 when it should have only been $90. It was only a 15-minute transfer. I spoke with Wendell and he refused to give us a credit. Their claim: We were late in arriving so they charged us for two car services. Our claim: They should have tracked the flight with the information provided, and there was no reason for not having the seat boosters or for being rude. Not even an apology. My advice: Never again!
