My child went…read moreto this school for 2 years and I thought I had a good relationship with the teachers and staff, I was shocked to see how they had zero compassion toward my family when it came to money. I made the huge mistake of paying in advance for the year, and then about halfway through the year my kid got accepted at another school that goes up to 8th grade. The teachers and staff all recommended that i take the opportunity as it would be a good move for the future. When i asked about being refunded, i was told i would have to wait 8 months for a refund, and then a week later i was told, "nevermind, there are no refunds." I was out more than $5,780 and zero sympathy and everyone stopped answering my emails. I would recommend to parents to simply find another school, one that has an ounce of compassion and heart. It breaks my heart because the teacher was so great, but those business practices are terrible. I guess it's all in the fine print that you sign when you enroll, but never in a million years did I think it would come to this. I think the ownership/management should learn a few of the Montessori principals like kindness, compassion and empathy.

The teachers, owner and staff are wonderful, and I have never had any issues; actually they have always gone above and beyond to help me. Their hours are very convenient, 6:30-6:30. It's always hard to leave your little ones when you have to work, and knowing that the people who are with your kids genuinely care makes a huge difference, you can be at peace.
