When we requested a refund, the stylist sent a fake refund screenshot, and Cash App confirmed that no refund was ever issued. The money is gone, and the stylist refuses to correct the situation. There was two barbers cutting and finally asked me what did I need. Obviously I'm trying to get a cut. There was a third barber who was more interested in playing 2K than cutting hair. Strike two. Then over charges me for a high fade that seemed like he could have finished within ten minutes. Won't be taking my son back there.
