I came here 3 days ago for a haircut since my regular stylist wasn't available and this shop was…read morenearby. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst haircut I've ever received. I asked for a fade using .5, but what I got was far from it. The sides were uneven, the blending was inconsistent, and no hair was taken down above the "fade" line. One side was shaped completely differently than the other, as you can see in the photos I've included. There was another group in the shop by the time I finished, so I didn't say anything--I just paid and left. Speaking of payment: there are signs all over saying "cash only," so I asked my friend if she had any. The stylist then said, "We can take card." When I went to pay, she pulled a towel off the card reader like she was uncovering a secret and told me it would be $24 + a $2 card fee--basically charging me their processing cost. Between the unprofessional cut and the shady payment setup, it was a terrible experience overall. I would never return and don't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you want a real fade done correctly. Additionally, I'll be contacting the Maryland Attorney General because under Maryland law, merchants cannot impose a surcharge for customers using a credit card. (Commercial Law Article § 12-507)

Elena, the hair stylist, was super fun and sweet to be around. I really loved her energy and she made my experience at the salon really comfortable. I am happy to say Elena was able to accommodate me and make sure that my new hair color matched the tips of my hair. My roots grew out so they were dark brown and Elena dyed my hair for the first time and succeeded at matching the color of my tips! I really appreciate her.
