I hope to save someone some time and money with this review. Please read: I'm giving it 1 star for the medical/front desk staff who I directly worked with-otherwise I would give it 0. They offered me a special package and I purchased 10 sessions, and was told it didn't expire. I had previously had an initial session and then used 2 out of my package for a total of 3 sessions within a couple of weeks time. Then, waited until I had more time to commit. Later, I called, made appts and was NOT told that they CLOSED their location in my state! I showed up to an empty office! I called and they said I should have received an email. I searched and did not have an email. I paid $800+ tax and demanded a refund. After several calls, texts and email to them, I finally receive a call from the owner who said she doesn't do refunds. I can travel out of state to another location. She was not only rude, but snide. She yelled at me, talked over me, and tried to blame ME for not getting the services I paid for. When I explained I only want a refund for the services I didn't use because they closed, she tried to bargain with me, told me to drive over an hour away for credit, and when I stood my ground and asked for her full name-she refused to give it and hung up on me. Completely fraudulent business. I would never have paid them for future sessions had I known. They will lure you in with one session at a lower rate, tell you you need at least 3 to see any difference, sell you a package and then take your money and blame you. Bad business. read more

The only reason I gave a stars cause I had to I wouldn't have given a star at all if I didn't have to, but I had a bad Experience, they did not do things properly. Of course they're gonna blame me and they're gonna say they did. It was a big argument, but I was given a pad hardly anything on that pad signed it and that was it. They never gave me anything about medical someone that doesn't know the difference I had no idea that these ultrasound things or whatever they are can affect us negatively especially someone that might have some medical issues , not once Did they ask me if I had any medical issues at all the only thing they asked me if I had had any Botox or fillers on my face .so I went and did a special I got that done my stomach. It was actually kind of painful but I thought well maybe that's because it's melting fat ,I didn't know after I called to cancel for personal reasons plus buyers remorse, they gave me a hard time. Funny thing is I got the medical questionnaire that said caution or something and that was after the fact after they did a procedure and after I signed, what was nothing medical until I paid them. They were very ugly and not friendly not kind all the way up to I ended up paying over $1000 almost $1100 for one procedure to try it and then turned around and they stole all my money except 699. They are their thieves, and it was all about the money for them. They made an excuse they had to take some of the money for the cost of the credit card that they had to use and that is just ridiculous and I do not like them. I don't recommend them. I don't think they hire really good professionals and even the management not worth it if you see this run. read more

Would give them 10 stars if I could!! We got sick right before coming on vacation and their iv therapy made all the difference! Everyone in the office is so friendly and really goes above and beyond.
