Well, guess what? Turns out I didn't know that the toner cartridge had to be taken out of the old unit holder, and the new cartridge put in. Chris listened to me, looked over the cartridges, explained to me the numbers, and showed me how to remove the old one, and insert the new one. Amazing. Chris was wonderful. This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes.
