When I called back today to book the appointment, I am told that the spot is no longer available and they cannot do that in their system. Got an apology but that does not help me to get transportation booked on short notice!!!! Not professional and lack of employee training resulting in total client disattifaction.

They actually got her there early. Drivers were helpful and kind. For anyone not familiar with these services, FYI, the driver does not stay during round trip rides. They drop you off. Then after your appointment is done, you contact them and they come back for pickup in about 20-40 minutes.
