They were quick to respond by setting up machines that ran for over 2 weeks. The first week never saw anyone. Then they would come back take a machine, add another machine. It was 110 degrees in this place for a week when we had that hot spell all that time. If its still wet after 3 days just rip it out!! They ended up ripping most of it out anyway Puroclean showed up late & left early. It took 6 weeks to demo partly remove 4 ceilings & a few walls (partly) in a 3 family. First of all you need to know that the insurance doesn't summit the finale claim till all the removal is ALL done. this happened in June 17th & we are still waiting for the ins. money because of how slow they were because the ins. company treats it as one claim the whole house. By time they were done then the ins. company came it & there was another 6 weeks. So to show up 11AM & leave at 2 PM is not going to cut it. They did a lot of damage that didn't need to be done by being careless. The crew was always being sent someplace else & not staying on the job or going someplace else to another job first off. One worker sat on the window sill with a mask on doing nothing, then went out to the car to listen to music the whole day. One worker ran over my curb & crush it As I watch him do it 6 feet away I said hey!!! you just ran over the curb & he said right away "NO I DIDN'T" 3 times. Saw one worker coming out of one of the bedrooms with nothing in his hands (There was NO damage in that room). we buy over stock on items we use every day. They used our bathroom & we now know that 6 tubes of tooth paste is missing, shampoo, underarm deodorant...Lord knows what else missing out of the house???? What was the other guy doing in the other bedroom??? They marked a wall in my apartment To come down along wit 3/4 of the kitchen floor to come up. All that stopped because they had a call for a really big job & after 6 weeks gone just like that! There was NO organization from their boss. My only regret here is I can't type fast enough to say all of what happened. I'm at about 10 words a min. If they would like to respond to this I'll have my wife respond at over 100 a min. in full detail. We are waiting for the money because of how slow or under staffed they were...SO PISSED OFF!!! for them not dedicating full time to this job & finish in a timely manner.

We had a major flash flood with deep water throughout the basement, mud room, and garage. After the…read morewater was removed (by the local fire department), we had extensive damage and a build up of mold on some of the walls. We needed significant clean up, mold removal and water mitigation. We had 3 companies do an on-site inspection and 2 of them provided a quote, including PuroClean. PuroClean gave us a reasonable quote but more importantly, they gave us the confidence that they would do a thorough and professional job. In all, it took them about 4 days (we had a lot to clean up) with 2 trucks worth of materials to dump. They then removed all the wall board with mold, power cleaned everything, and sprayed to prevent further mold build up. Then they dried everything with a large number of blowers. The team was very professional, helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend them to others.

When we picked it up we noticed a funky smell but figured it would pass. After about a week I called and asked about it. Two days later they came to my house and took the rug back for a round two cleaning. At no point did anyone question our claim and only were respectful and kind. I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.
