We were excited for this little train excursion. We arrived at about 10:45am. The next train was…read moredisembarking at 11am. We were able to get tickets fairly quickly. They also give a Senior discount if you are 55 years young and or older. Luckily they helped us find 2 seats as all of the trains looked at capacity. The right is a little herky and jerky when it brakes and takes off on the first half of the ride. The ride itself was just amazing. Being in the middle of the forest was awesome. The scenery was fantastic. We came across many "Perfect" Christmas trees. We are used to seeing the Douglas Furs about 6 feet tall at the Christmas Tree lots where we are from. But these beauts were super tall. Like up to 50 feet tall and taller. The train horn sounds amazing especially when the Steam Engine is working as it climbs. If you have kids or grandkids they will really like it. The train stops about half way through to fill up the Steam Engine with water. The steam engine itself runs on recycled motor oil. We had a great time.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! VERY DANGEROUS! If I could give zero…read morestars that would be generous. Sal put students and chaperones at risk during our Grad Night trip to California Adventure. This was supposed to be a celebration for our Seniors, and instead it was a nightmare. The doors to Sal's bus were not functional as they kept popping open on the highway multiple times. Sal pulled over onto the shoulder of the highway rather than on the right in order to fix the doors. He was also observed traveling 78 MPH with a busload of 30 + students and chaperones talking on the phone without a Bluetooth device. For some reason he was carrying a pair of handcuffs. Not sure why. This man yelled at students "not to go #2" in the bus bathroom or else it would be a $350 fine. At the end of the night, Sal wanted our group to be back at the bus before Grad Night was even over and threatened chaperones that he would be leaving the park without us. He apparently had another contract to complete. One of our administrators confronted Sal on his behavior in terms of yelling at our staff members and Sal flew off the handle. He used multiple profanities at the administrator and ended up hijacking all of the student and staff belongings with the administrator on the bus. Anaheim police were dispatched and after 45 minutes police were able to track him down and escort the bus back to the California Adventure parking lot. Sal refused to take us home leaving students and chaperones stranded. We had to call another bus at 4:00am. Luckily we were able to reach another company at the hour of the morning. The whole situation feels like a bad dream. I do not recommend this business at all. We did not feel safe one bit. It was a nightmare.

I would like to give this charter bus and the driver a negative rating for our trip to California…read moreAdventures using the bus company. If you look the previous positive reviews were from the bus driver and owner Sal. His bus and his driving skills were terrifying at best. He was verbally abusive to the staff and the students riding his bus. He was speeding through LA traffic, he did not allow the students to use the restroom, his front door did not lock properly, and he had to stop twice to repair it for the rest of the trip. This was not from the movie Speed with a bomb on the bus but with a ticking time bomb of a driver who at the end of the night left a bus full of students stranded in Disneyland's parking lot while he took off back to Fresno because he needed to be back to Fresno for another client. He took off and threatened to throw all of the student's and staff's belongings out the window along the way back to Fresno. Anaheim Police were contacted by the administrator that was left on his bus when Sal took off back to Fresno- with only him on it. Our administrator was verbally abused by this driver for 45 minutes. The police escorted him back to Disneyland's parking lot where the staff was able to with the help of the police take the student and staff's belongings off the bus and Sal took off back home leaving the students and staff members stranded. It was very surreal. It wasn't a scene out of an action movie, it was real and it happened. Luckily everyone made it home safely, including Sal.
