our first cruise & it was wonder. our veranda room was kept clean & neat by our assigned staff. Our only complaint was the food. although plentiful, most of it was tasteless. Cooked without seasoning. Even the desserts weren't sweet. Lindt Tulip was about the only dessert worth the calories. There was plenty to occupy time. The excursions although expensive were great. The Wifi packages were over priced & that created problems for us. I'd recommend this cruise line every time. read more

Fantastic staff, trip, sightseeing, love Alaska!!! So many different and unique locations with great cruises, such good food, but really the staff makes the real difference!!! read more

The cruise was on Holland America. Very nice room and there were 3 of us in one room! The speaker was Alistair Begg and he spoke 6 times! We stopped in beautiful places in Norway. Everything ran like clockwork. Our room stewards were so nice! And the food!!! Fabulous read more

This is my 5th cruise, four of which have been with Holland America with Inspiration as my travel agent. I am extremely pleased with both companies for making such adventures as pleasant and worry-free as possible. As with all travel agencies, Inspiration sometimes requires lengthy holds to get to the agent of choice, but that's the normal downside of business by phone. Highly recommend Inspiration Travel. read more

Highly recommend Inspiraton travel! From the help in the booking and planning stages to a truly wonderful cruise and conference event. We had the best time on the Matthew West Cruise to Alaska. The Inspiration team was always around and available and so helpful and the event ran so smoothly. We truly appreciate all the hard work and planning that go into these trips. read more

This cruise with Matthew West was wonderful. First time on a Christian cruise and my family enjoyed iut so much. I am looking forward to another one. Inspiration Travel was available before hand to answer all my questions and so patient with me calling them multiple times until I got all my questions answered. Lots of time to spend with other Christians. Morning devotions and concerts. I really enjoyed the meet and greet time we all had with Mathew West. He made each one of us feel special as he spoke and hugged each one of us. The atmosphere on the ship was very welcoming and warm. I believe because there were so many Christians on board. read more

This cruise for the Collingsworth family was amazing! They did such a great job with everything from beginning to end. They were always available and ready to help with any of the process. Wouldn't hesitate to take another cruise thru Inspiration. read more

We just completed our first ever Alaska cruise, organized entirely by Inspiration Travel. The entire 7-day cruise was phenomenal! We loved every minute of it. The boarding and disembarking process in Seattle gets to be a little hectic but this is beyond the control of travel agencies or cruise lines... the port at Pier 91 is simply a congested place. read more

Cruising with Holland American is a pleasure from the moment of embarkation to the sad moment of debarkation. The service, the food, the ambiance, the various programs !!! Thanks! read more

We just returned from the Zach Williams cruise to Alaska. This was our first trip with Inspiration. The Inspiration events were fantastic, from the speakers, the Zach Williams concerts and new album preview, the cooking demonstration, and the comedian, we could not believe how many events there were. Alaska is pretty hard to upstage, and Inspiration did it! We never had to choose between an Inspiration event, or an excursion, Inspiration made sure that there was never a conflict. All the staff were so helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to greet you no matter if at an event, or just on the ship, Inspiration was first class all the way. This was also our first Holland America cruise, they should send Inspiration a massive thank you note. We've been to Alaska three times, on different cruise lines, and many other cruises and have never been on such a poorly maintained ship. From buckets catching leaks in multiple locations, to "will the toilet flush" roulette, understaffed dining locations, if it weren't for the Inspiration portion, this would have been a two star cruise. The room stewards and the dining staff were first rate, but the staff to guest ratio is out of balance. Holland America execs might want to take a cruise on one of their competitors to remind themselves of the importance of correct staff to guest ratio. That being said, the Inspiration portion was so above par, we would go on another Holland America cruise, but only if it's an Inspiration event cruise. read more

We loved our Alaska Cruise with Inspiration Travel. They truly work to make sure you have a great time, enjoy the cruise, plus enjoy the guests and have time for excursions and port time. Great customer service and the team that travels with you are top notch! Would love to do it again. read more

We were blessed to be on an Alaskan cruise with Mercy Me and other artists. It was an experience of a lifetime. Our ship Westerdam with Holland America was a smaller ship but I loved it. The service on the ship was great. Food on cruises anymore is more like a regular buffett so nothing extra special but the experience with Mercy Me made that not an issue. We would definitely do another Inspiration cruise with Holland and definitely one with Mercy Me going forward read more

I took myself on the Turning Point Ministries Canada & New England Cruise Conference with David Jeremiah. It was a trip of a lifetime. Inspiration Travel made all my arrangements which was seamless, especially being I was traveling alone. The itinerary, the ports, the views, the ship and its crew were more than I could have imagined. I learned so much from David Jeremiah and being among so many Christians was warming to my heart. I also want to add that the crew were so professional, helpful and greeting you everyday. My room was always clean and they always asked if there was anythig I needed. It makes one feel like they matter. read more

I am so far unhappy with them I had to ask for my booking number three or four times and I received the wrong booking number or I was unable to obtain it therefore I was unable to book my excursions I had a time where I would've had my choice of excursions to take before the other people on my cruise I can't even get a hold of them today they say they're in at 8:30 AM in here it's 845 and it says they are still closed when I called read more

My trip with Inspiration started off poorly. Someone from the tour was supposed to meet me at Boston Logan airport in baggage claim. No one showed up. I waited awhile, then called Inspiration for help. They gave me two phone numbers. One was a disconnected phone. The other went to a random man in Florida who said he'd been getting multiple calls over several months from Inspiration travelers, and that he'd contacted Inspiration to ask tgem tofix the problem, to no avail. I called Inspiration again and they said it was not their problem, very dismissive. I disagreed and again asked for help. They told me to go to Customs - wrong! Why would a US citizen traveling in the US get help from Customs? Again, not their problem. About an hour later, still waiting in baggage claim, someone walked by with a sign in their basket. She was evidently the but she blamed me for being in "late." They called a transport who was very put out that I'd been given wrong information. I told Inspiration that I felt it was a shared responsibility with the cruise line. They disagreed and I stopped trying to resolve anything with them. I will NEVER travel with Inspiration again. read more

Stay away from this company! We paid in full and the week before we were supposed to travel to this event, our gym manager was murdered in broad daylight by a transient and this company not only refuses to give one dollar back, but as we were going through this absolutely horrific time (my ex father in law passed the day before from stage 4 cancer and my wife's cat of 14 years died the day after the funeral from kidney failure), the contact actually ripped me for bugging him during the event. Christian? I don't think so.. I will NEVER support this industry or Michael W Smith if this is the way they treat people who have had their world crash under them. I am still in shock as I write this... How on Earth can these people preach inspiration as they steal from individuals that are going through the worst times of their lives? We actually thought that someone from this very inspirational group would actually contact us and tell us that they were praying for us! That is a Christian..... Attached is a photo of what me and my wife had to drive up to instead of going to Hawaii and worshipping.. Yes, I was getting chastised by Inspirational Cruises while dealing with this.. Never again!!!! read more

Israel and Jerusalem Tour with Dr. David Jeremiah Ministries, March to April, 2022. Thanks for providing a trip I will remember forever. Respectfully, I did not go on the trip to meet or have a cup of coffee with Dr. David Jeremiah. I was sad to see mature Christians in age feeling disappointed about Dr. Jeremiah not spending one-on-one time with them and take photos with 600 mature adults. This would take a MIRCALE from Jesus! My goodness, Dr. David Jeremiah is 86 years old. Don't send him to see Jesus prematurely. For me, I only wanted to see the places in the bible and spend time meeting people in Israel and Jerusalem. I will list my Compliments, Opportunities for Improvements and Recommendations: Compliments: After flying all day and night from the US to Tel Aviv Airport, upon our arrival at Hotel at Galei Kinnerath in Tiberias, the meet & greet, including dinner with Lisa and Troy, Pastors with Dr. Jeremiah Ministries was a nice touch. Troy and Lisa were on the tour bus with us for the entire trip. Evening dinner, the food they served us in the banquet room was very good and the employees customer service was excellent. Especially, the restaurant female Manager, and Mahla, a female waitress, they took really good care of us on the first evening. Unfortunately, the food and customer service changed for the rest of the week at Galei Kinneath Hotel. The food and customer service declined to being okay. We had a different crew in the kitchen and in the restaurant. A few times breakfast was not ready at 6:00 am, the tour bus was scheduled to leave the hotel at 7:00 am. I believe there some mis-communication issues with the tour guide and the restaurant staff. We missed having the hotel female Manager and Mahla taking care of us. The first hotel, Galei Kinnerath in Tiberias was very nice. The ocean view was beautiful and the outdoor dining location was amazing. Great place for a wedding or any celebration. The food and customer service was okay. Oddly, the showers did not have curtains. They designed showers missing glass panels to prevent the water from all over the bathroom floor. According to the other hotel guests, they had the same shower design in their rooms. I used a lot of towels to absorb the water when taking a shower. The 2nd hotel, Orient Jerusalem- Isrotel hotel food and customer service was GREAT! Each banquet style meal was prepared for a King and Queen. You had so many food options to select from and the restaurant staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed having conversation with the restaurant and hotel staff about my life as a Christian and American. But most importantly, I enjoyed listening to them share with me about their lives and families living in Israel and Jerusalem. Each day, I gave out 100 thank you cards to the staff at both hotels as an appreciation for their excellent service and hospitality. Next time, I will make sure to bring more thank you cards. Opportunities for Improvements: Lufthansa Airlines at DFW in Dallas, Texas was not a good experience. When I arrived at DFW airport at 1:30 pm, the airline informed me I needed a covid-19 antigen test within 48 hours for my flight to Germany and then to Israel. This was news to me. I had my PCR test information for the required 72 hours for Israel. Lufthansa gave me instructions to take an antigen covid-19 test in the airport for $79.00. The airport covid-19 testing line was long with passengers trying to get their covid-19 test at the airport and the airport covid testing center did not have a lot of help with assisting customers and the questionnaire process was long. Also, my departure time from Dallas to Germany was 5:00 pm, the plane did not leave until 6:00 pm. Lufthansa closed the reservation counter at 3:45 pm. This was not good. I got my test results at 3:00 pm. I was back in line at the reservation counter, praying I make it up to the counter before they close at 3:45 pm. For me, I was fortunate, a few people on the same trip did not get their airport antigen test results before the counter closed at 3:45 pm and they were left at the airport in Dallas, TX. Overall, the trip was very nice. I enjoy our Jewish tour guide Ronny, he was very knowledgeable about the Old Testament of the Bible, and the cities we visited. Ronny admitted he did not believe in Jesus. Respectfully, I did not appreciate the statement Ronny made about Mexican people on the tour bus. I can see why he felt comfortable making statement considering there were only 2 people of color on the tour bus. For me, my next trip to the Holy Lord will be with a Jesus believing Christian group and tour guide that will marry the Old and New Testament of the Bible together. Recommendations: It was saddened to see 40 out of 50 Christians on a tour bus with a ministry from American drinking bottles and glasses of alcohol with every meal for 10 days. If someone was struggling with Celebrate Recovery or staying faithful with an read more

I would not recommend going to Israel with David Jeremiah due to the numbers...on our trip we had 21 buses, being were herded like cattle on the tour an a times rushed along, having a tour guide tour guide,Zionist, who mocked our Christian faith even though this was a Christian tour. The food and the accommodations were very good. We have been on Cruises with Inspiration which we're very good. read more

Thank you very much for a well organized tour. All hotel accommodations were good, the food was excellent. Frieder and I (Josie) cannot express the awesomeness of this trip. It was a wonderful experience. We highly appreciated our tour guide, Amitai Elon, for making our time unforgettable, seeing Israel, Jerusalem and all historical places we had been to. He has shown the beauty of Israel and Jerusalem. He was very friendly, fun loving, full of passion for his job, and professional. He is a very good communicator, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and has a wonderful sense of humor. Our bus #3 driver, Moises, showed great patience while driving narrow streets and thus assured our safety. With him, traveling to all historical places in Israel and Jerusalem was indeed a pleasure. Again, thank you very much for the outstanding, enjoyable and adventurous trip. We hope to come back as God may grant us the opportunity. Sincerely, Jordan Worth & Josie & Reodica read more

Inspiration Cruises & Tours goes the extra mile with their passengers. I appreciate their attention to detail and the way they ensure travelers don't have to worry about a thing during their exceptional travel experience. read more

Before going on a trip with Inspiration Cruises & Tours, I highly recommend you contact them in person or by email a week beforehand to verify details. When boarding the ship in Honolulu, we received a great information booklet with details and schedule. (We've cruised with Inspiration before and appreciated this booklet.) At the first concert and in the booklet, there was mention of a lulu. Since we hadn't received information before the cruise, we assumed it was part of the lulu the ship was making available. NOT! It took until the 2nd concert to discover Inspiration was hosting their own lulu at a different location and a majority of the tickets had been sold. When the ticket desk opened after the following concert, we were near the front of the line and secured a reservation for the lulu. Our tickets were delivered to our stateroom door in timely fashion. Moving to the last full day. We had a choice about being on deck and viewing the Napali Coast up close or attending the final 5pm concert. We stayed in our room with the TV on until it was time to go to the concert. How surprised we were to find out the concert had been rescheduled without quite a few of us not getting word about the change of plans. By the time we headed to the concert, it was over and the attendees were headed to the decks to enjoy the view. Needless to say, we were frustrated at having the "cheated" out of the final concert without notice. When we talked to the Inspiration management, both men refused to accept responsibility. One responded with, "I'm sorry, but we did everything we could do." No! If they had done everything they could do, all of their passengers would have been notified. Other people missed the concert on the day of the lulu because they hadn't been told before booking excursions that the concert for that day would be earlier in the day. I'm not impressed with the management of Inspiration. They don't accept responsibility for their actions, and aren't very concerned about how their decisions affect their passengers. The lack of communication is appalling. read more
