For an outdoor wedding we were looking for a way to have a "reveal" for the bride since there was a long walk from the building to the ceremony site. Mr. Epps was so kind to us and made sure he understood the full "picture" of what we were trying to do. He seemed to care about the feel and presentation and offered suggestions to add pomp and flair. He listened to our intent and asked questions.
Because the route was a bit unique - basically driving from the back of the venue to the front and back around, but was a bit unique and unfamiliar to him - he did a prep run to know where to be and see the route himself.. He told us up front he was going to do that - which some people might say and not do - but he actually did. This really was really impressive to me - it felt he was invested in the event right along with us.
He was on time. The car was sparkling clean. He was dressed impeccably. He was so kind to our wedding couple who rode together to the procession line (since first look was done alone prior). He talked with them along the way and helped sway nerves. He was a perfect high level chauffeur and added such grace to that portion of the ceremony. Assisted car entry and exit as you'd expect and did a little red carpet for the returning Mr. & Mrs.
Truly, in planning I didn't think hiring this out was necessary or would be that helpful. I'm glad we found Elite and hired them. It definitely elevated the reveal and walkout.
