Several obvious areas were not cleaned at all. I had to point out visible mold in the bathroom, a dirty toilet, and other areas that should have been addressed without me having to ask. While these items were cleaned after I pointed them out, I should not have had to walk around identifying what needed to be cleaned, especially when I paid for a detailed cleaning service. I've used several cleaning services before, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had. What makes it even more disappointing is that I still had to pay for a service that did not come close to what was promised. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. A "detailed cleaning" should mean that the customer can trust the home has been thoroughly cleaned--not that the customer has to inspect the work and point out obvious areas that were missed.

They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. Here are the specific issues with the finished work: Poor Wall Coverage: There are visible roller marks across the walls. It looks like a single, hasty coat was applied rather than a proper, thorough finish. Neglected Baseboards: The baseboards were inexplicably painted with a clear, colorless paint. The inexperienced painters did not realize they were using a non colorless paint and continued to paint the trim with it. After getting the correct paint the trim has highly visible drip marks, adding to the rushed appearance. Overlooked Prep Work: The bedroom ceiling still has visible cracks that were completely overlooked and left unaddressed. What is most disappointing is the lack of quality control. The job was deemed "complete" and payment was requested by the project manager who verified that the work was done to a professional standard, which it wasn't. I expected much better craftsmanship and attention to detail for a professional painting service. I will not be using this company again or recommending them to others.
