Went to Dr. Connors today for the first time as a new patient. The inside decor is amazing and very modern with a large centralized chandelier piece overhanging the check in station. All the tables and cabinetry look glossy new. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. The check in process was seamless and very extensive covering every little detail of medical history. Dr. Connors herself was super helpful and was patient with me as I explained my symptoms. She then described what I had and offered an opportunity for any questions. She even gave me free samples to try of moisturizers and lotions before committing to any one. Later I found out my prescription did not make it to the pharmacy. When I called the office back, they made sure to keep me on the line to contact the pharmacy themselves to ensure I got my prescription sent. They were super helpful! I have been coming to elite dermatology for a few years and I can't recommend it enough! All the staff is so friendly and accommodating, the doctors are very personable and have excellent bedside manner, and the coordinators are really great to work with. I have been treated by Dr Wang and Kristy, and most recently Dr Wijay and Karla. They have been nothing short of exceptional. Dr Wang is so friendly and really takes the time to listen and address your concerns. Kristy is phenomenal at laser hair removal and is such a fun person to spend time with during your treatment. She knew my older son is a patient of Dr. Wang for his psoriasis from past 4 years, and while I was explaining that my school dismisses at 4 and I couldn't make it to the clinic by 4:10, she had the audacity to suggest that my younger son come with my older son, who doesn't even live with me and is 19. Yall I can't even explain how positive my experience was. I did cool sculpting with them and I had so many questions/concerns because of all the negative news around cool sculpting. If I could give -5 stars, I would. I recently started receiving persistent text messages from Elite Dermatology about an unpaid balance. At first, I assumed it was spam, but then the messages escalated, threatening to send my account to collections. When I called the number provided, I was told that the balance (less than $12) was from a 2023 visit that my insurance didn't cover. However, when I requested them to mail me a statement for verification, they said they couldn't. This lack of transparency and their aggressive approach to billing is unacceptable. Sr Fisher was not attentive nor did he disclose the actual cost of removing moles and skin tags, after telling him three times I wanted them removed and he kept saying they didn't need to be. Unfortunately, I felt belittled in the way she spoke to and looked at me. The vibe given off was, "I'm the professional, so I'm superior," when the vibe SHOULD be "I'm the professional. I understand this is a sensitive matter; let me hear your concerns and be compassionate towards you." I respect professionals for their wisdom and knowledge. got a cyst removed here and the incision site got infected despite me following all of their post surgery instructions. they also told me at the follow up appointments that everything was healing normally even though the site looked abnormal and was painful. i had to repeatedly mention that i felt something was wrong for them to finally prescribe an antibiotic. it's been a year since the surgery and i still have a pretty dark scar from the infection. terrible experience, would not recommend at all read more

I came in for my first ever all over skin check. I'm not the best person with sunblock, I tan outdoors, and more and more friends of mine have had issues. So I am going to try to be better with adding a dermatologist into my normal annual health check routine. I was able to get a next day appointment. Upon arrival, the checkin process was smooth and it was very easy to get registered as a new patient. All new patient forms were done electronically and most of it was already filled out with the info I provided over the phone. It only took a few minutes to do everything. A "doctor" walked in, took less than 30 seconds with me and said I had to make another appointment because the mole needs to be removed. She didn't ask my history, she didn't ask if I had questions. Receptionist was polite gave me an iPad to fill out my history & information. My wait time was short A+ since I was taking my 1 hr lunch time for this appointment. Nurses assistant checked me in one was in training both was courteous A+. My doctor her name was Susan Le very nice & knowledgeable gave me comfort since I was stressed about what I had for a month. She informed me not to worry it was a cyst that was inflamed that was causing me pain. She injected some medication around it for the inflammation. Prescribed antibiotics also gave me sample of ointment as well prescription. It was also great that she can speak Vietnamese A+. Later someone from the office called to schedule an appointment for outpatient surgery & informed me of the cost and emailed all the informations. Services & attending time here was great & easy A+. But what's most concerning is that I had vital medical records sent to this office from another practice and Ellite Dermatology lost those records. I called the office two days in a row and left messages for a return call from the business manager and not only has no one returned my calls, but the people that I've spoken with doesn't care that my personal information has been lost. I had my first (and last) visit with Elite Dermatology yesterday. I saw Dr. Fischer for hair loss. When I walked in there were two girls at the front desk. One was on the phone while the other one was sitting down staring out the window. I stood at the front desk waiting to check in and the one girl never acknowledged me or helped me, instead she continued to stare out the window. I continued standing there waiting to be helped until finally the girl that was on the phone got off her phone call and she immediately acknowledged me and helped me check in. She was very nice. The other girl, not so much. She was extremely rude, seem to lack customer service skills and looked completely miserable the entire time I waited in the lobby. She seemed annoyed by all of the patients. The front desk is the first impression new patients get of the practice and I didn't have a very good first impression. I went into the exam room with an assistant. She asked me questions but would never let me finish answering them before cutting me off. She seemed to be in a big hurry. She kept asking me irrelevant questions but then not listening to any of my answers. I explained to her for maybe 2 minutes about having PCOS. She then asked me when I was diagnosed with it. I told her the date. Not even 90 seconds later she said to me "do you have PCOS?" WHAT??? She did not listen to one word I was saying. At that point I immediately lost all confidence with the practice. She seemed extremely inexperienced and confused. I completely shut down after that because I felt I wasn't being listened to. Dr. Fischer came in and didn't introduce himself. He started asking me questions about things I had already gave them the answers to and completed on their paperwork. My complete medical history that I gave to them was clearly not reviewed at all. I also brought in my most recent lab work results and neither of them even reviewed any of my results which I found to be rude and unprofessional. Dr. Fischer seemed uninterested with me. He looked at my scalp and said the hair loss was "probably" from my PCOS and thyroid disorder. He told me the hair I lost will never grow back which was very upsetting to me. He didn't seem to know what's exactly causing my hair loss though. Then all he did was try to sell me on a $900 "laser hair growth helmet" that they sell in their office. This immediately turned me off and I didn't appreciate it. He spent maybe 5 minutes total with me and he was not personable at all. By this point I knew I wasn't going to come back. At the end, I asked him what alopecia I had. He snapped at me and rudely said to me "ALL hair loss is alopecia". I know there are several forms of alopecia and I just wanted to know what form he thought I had. This was the whole point of the office visit. He prescribed me two medications (one which I was already taking. All he did was increase the dosage). They tried to get me to have both sent to "their" pharmacy who they must have a contract with. I told them I wanted them sent to MY pharmacy. The assistant said she would send the one to my pharmacy but the other one needed to be done through their pharmacy. The assistant gave me their pharmacy's information and told me my insurance would cover it and I'd get it within 2 days. Their pharmacy called me later that day to tell me they didn't have the medication in stock and that it was going to cost me $70 for a one month supply. They said they don't accept any insurance for this type of medication. Dr. Fischer prescribed this medication on Monday morning and I was told it won't be shipped to me until at least Friday. This is not getting it within 2 days. They also never sent the other prescription to my pharmacy. I had to call them to inform them that they never sent it. The nurse I spoke to flat out said to me "oh yeah we forgot". What??? I've scheduled an appointment with another dermatology practice for a second opinion. I will never go back to these people. Their staff seems extremely incompetent and I wasn't impressed at all with the doctor. read more

My 7 y/o son had an appointment with a pediatric dermatologist that his pediatrician recommended, but the appt was set for almost a month and a half out and we couldn't wait. His eczema has gotten so bad. I did a search on google and found Elite Dermatology. I saw all of the great reviews and decided I would just pick whoever was available on a day that I'm off. I saw Dr. Fischer had some time slots available. I'm big on reviews, so I checked out reviews from this location and another one that he works at and saw that he had nothing but amazing compliments from his patients. From the front desk to the nurse to the Dr, everyone was warm and friendly. Dr Fischer took the time to answer all 10483858 of my questions and I never felt rushed. The wait time was minimal as well, which was amazing. We have to go back in two weeks to do a follow up and even though the visit is a bit pricey for me since I haven't reached my deductible yet, I would honestly take my son back tomorrow if I needed to. I'm pretty sure Dr. Fischer will be our family's dermatologist going forward. read more
