There was no consistency or proper care. The technicians who actually took their time and did the treatment correctly were always let go, while others rushed through the sessions, making it impossible to see real results. On top of that, I have a tattoo on my wrist, and it was burned during one of the sessions, causing permanent damage. The only compensation they offered was one free session, which does not come close to making up for the mistake or the pain and stress it caused. After investing so much time, money, and trust into this place, my hair did not go away at all. The service was careless, unprofessional, and disappointing from start to finish. When you're done, they take you to the dryer room and you get tea and cookies. Such a nice way to end the experience.
