So, I purchased 15 shirts from a professional connection, but the place I got the shirts told me it was too small of an order to do the screen printing and have numbers specific to each jersey (my guys are picky about that). So, I headed over to "The Spot" and met with Dave, the owner, who happened to be manning the shop. Don't be fooled by his age, this kid knows his stuff. He went trhough all the logistics with me in a snap, had everything in line to the penny, and even offered to help me out with some hats, which I was interested in. He told me everything would be ready in a week, and sure enough, he was faster than that. The logo was exactly what I wanted, all the numbers were correct to the proper shirt sizes, and the price was exactly what he had quoted me. As for the hat, once the rest of my team saw it, they all ponied up the extra cash for their own - and he is going to be able to spin those for us before our first game. Dave is professional, effiecient, and does great work. Anytime I need something like this done, I know right where to go. I had gotten quotes from several T-shirt companies and compared their products/prices, but NE Design was the only one that offered to send "color cards," which turned out to be catalogs with cute T-shirt cutouts made of real fabric so we could get a better idea of the actual colors. As it turns out, NE Design had one of the best prices and their shop happened to be located within walking distance from work, so we decided to place an order. When I received the first sample for approval, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical and took it home that night to wash and dry it, just to see if the graphics would last. The shirt came out looking exactly the same! Maria accommodated our various requests and last-minute adjustments, and was helpful in offering different options based on our needs. She also responded quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with NE Design and would definitely recommend them!

Many places in the area did not provide the type of service I was looking for, or they needed to have a minimum of pieces to be embroidered. I sent an inquiry through Yelp and received a response from them right away letting me know they are able to do it. I loved that they were flexible with when I am able to come in to drop the graduation stole - since I was in a rush, I went in right after work on the same day. They provided me with a quote on Yelp and I was very thrilled with it. When I dropped it off, they were very thorough with what they are able to do with their expertise. I was able to choose the font of the embroidery and the location of where I wanted everything. They were so accommodating despite how little time they had with this and were SO kind about it. After I told them how I wanted everything, they gave me an estimated date and I did not have to leave a deposit. The next day or so, the staff emailed me a draft before having a final approval. I was very pleased with it and gave her the final OK. Less than a week later, I received an email saying it was ready.... way before the estimated date which was even better. Words cannot describe what a great job they have done. I highly recommend coming to them because they really do a fabulous job with accommodation and the embroidery itself. This will be my go-to place for embroidery from now on.

My overall experience with Marc and the Silk Screen staff has been very positive and professional. They have rushed orders for me only days before an event without charging me an arm and a leg to expedite. Marc and staff are consistently friendly and helpful, over the phone and in person. Despite a roster of more important clients (like Fenway Park), Marc has always personally assisted with my orders, making sure they meet Silk Screen's high standards for excellent quality merchandise.

Gary was able to take our custom designed fonts and logos and match them perfectly to create screen printed t-shirts and hoodies in a variety of different colors and styles. We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations. We did a good amount of research into screen printing and embroidery places before choosing where to have our stuff done. Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!
