Great place for people not looking for anything and just want to roam around and buy overpriced items. Went in to try and find an umbrella, found the aisle (Q15) it was in on the app. Asked several employees, got different answers. I walked the whole store, could barely find the aisle labels, none of them said Q on them. Ended up leaving umbrellaless and extremely frustrated. read more

This is a good store except for the fact that all morning long there are employees blocking the grocery aisles stocking. Can't this please be done before you open? I also noticed that the employees do not ask if they could help the customer or move so that someone could reach an item. I'm probably shopping somewhere else if this does not change. Popped into here needing to buy some doggy treats for my friend who was doggy sitting. They had a handful of options to pick from and were pretty organized like most targets. Huge parking lot with plenty of space between. Would come again if in the area. read more

We frequent this particular store because of the convenient location, not because of their selection. My biggest issue with this store is that it is very unorganized, there's a lot of missing price tags, and it has very inaccurate stock. The Target app always says they have everything "in stock", but when you arrive in the aisle the app leads you to, you are always greeted by empty shelves. This has happened to us in almost every single department (bread, hardware, kitchen gadgets, beauty, & clothing). There's never any stock issues with the app at any of the other locations, so maybe Revere hasn't done inventory in a while (or maybe the store is really just that unorganized). Bullseye's Playground (the little $1-5 section at the front of the store; formerly known as The Dollar Spot) is an absolute MESS. It's overrun with kids' toys, coloring books, etc. and everything else is just thrown around in the wrong spots. The selection also doesn't rotate frequently like the other stores do based on the seasons (e.g., they've had their "back to school" stuff in that section for almost 2 months now!) There are some pros, though: - The employees are super nice and do their best to help track down items in the store. They're also great with price matching. - The grocery section is pretty extensive, and has a surprising amount of vegetarian/dairy-free options. - The beauty section is adorable and enjoyable to shop in simply because of the aesthetically pleasing displays. They have it set up like a department store (think Macy's or Nordstrom), and it's actually more organized than the rest of the store. I do find myself using the app to scan items in this area more frequently though, because price tags are usually missing. - Parking is PLENTIFUL! - There's a Stop & Shop next door in case Target doesn't have a specific grocery item you need. read more

I had a specific short list of items I was looking for and did not find two of them here in Target. One in the Toys section and one in sportswear. Perhaps that's because the store is in the middle of a remodel (a number of fixtures were moved and missing) that is causing lower stock. Still, I wanted these things. On the plus side, they have free wifi and I was able to hit up my Amazon app and get the items ordered. Winning! read more

DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE INSTORE INVENTORY! I drove an hour out of my way to pickup disinfectant wipes (that were listed as INSTOCK on the website) and they were ALL sold out. This target is convenient and fair easy to get too being right of Revere Beach Parkway. Always plenty of parking, so thats never an issue. Depending on what you are looking for, this location is a hit or miss. If you are looking for dry goods, cleaning supplies, or even clothing - it's worth checking out. I know throughout the pandemic, this has been only one of a few nearby locations that consistently have cleaner, paper towels, and toilet paper. The Stop and Shop next door was frequently out throughout March to June. If you meed produce or meats - look next door at Stop and Shop, you won't find many options here. For clothing, they actually have a fairly decent selection that's inexpensive. I'm not saying your going to make your whole wardrobe here, but they have options if your in a pinch and need something. Plenty of casual styles, bathing suits, dress ware, shoes and even more. They have a small home goods section, to be honest I never find anything here thats worth the price. The electronics section is fairly decent and well stocked - i was actually able to get a Nintendo switch here during the pandemic, which was already hard to find. The bathroom and bedding sections have a lot of generic options, if you are looking for something that will standout, you probably won't find that here. I'd recommend this Target location for stocking up on inexpensive dry goods, some clothing items, household items, and clothing. read more

Placed a Drive up order and it went very smoothly. An employee came out with the items I ordered very quickly after alerting on the app that I had arrived. Have done this multiple times and one thing that is always consistent is the employee always puts the items in the wrong location in my car. Not sure why the target app asks to specify where the order should go when it's really never referenced. Regardless of that fact, I'll continue to use this service especially for heavier items as it saves me a lot of time and I think it saves me money because I don't go into the store and buy additional things I see throughout the store. read more

I can't understand how renovating and updating what was already a decent Target made it terrible, but here we are. On top of a horrible new layout and flow, this store is consistently picked over and out of even the most basic items. Seriously, they regularly sell out of things like men's socks. They've also seemingly cut down on inventory in a lot of areas based on the selection at other Targets in the area. The men's clothing department is also always a mess, every price scanner in the store seems to be broken, and it's not uncommon to find shelves or items mislabeled. All of this seemed to start after the renovation, and I regularly go to Everett or Southie instead, despite living a few mins away from this one. read more

I know that I've already left a review for this target I'm well aware, so with that being said I am beyond disgusted with the fact that I need to leave yet another review regarding one of the same problems I spoke about in my prior review. I just want to say the warm weather is about there is no reason why the trash barrels should always be full at Target or that there should be some nasty disgusting fluids leaking from the garbage can that sanitize sprayed disinfected or even washed away with water walking by these garbage receptacles on a warm day you might want to put on a gas mask for it because it's that disgusting that raunchy and it is so unhealthy. For the smell to be as putrid and nauseating as it is with only two days of heat so far who knows what that is and how it could be affecting people other than just bothering the sense of smell somebody could get sick from that and Target just can not seem to be bothered with cleaning the trash barrel outside of the ONLY entrance and exit to this particular location. So all you moms who have little children who like to sometimes run away and touch things please be on ALERT of what this possibly could be festering and spewing out and onto the front walkway. Or even people who enjoy shopping at stores that promote cleanliness and hygiene. Im sure OSHA would have a field day with whatever fumes and possibly chemicals or it could even be human bodily fluids which you don't want to get me started with the infectious diseases that come with that. So if you don't feel like getting all dolled up in one of those fancy biochem suits, then I suggest this may not be the store you want to visit. Heck Big Lots is right down the street and right now they have all of Target's last season merchandise ON CLEARANCE 30% - 70% OFF ORIGINAL TARGET PRICES!!! I shop here frequently. Pretty much on a daily basis. I love, love, love the section when you first walk in and everything is under $5. Im sure everyone loves it. Who wouldn't when they think they're an amazing deal but, most ppl don't realize many of those products you're purchasing when they're gone they just slap a new sticker on it and call it something else. So your minds are tricked into thinking you need the same thing for a different reason. Other than that, that section has really cool items and deals! Now, I'm pretty sure EVERYONE has used the bathroom inside of a Target before. Usually they're pretty clean and sanitary. Not this one, that's for sure! EVERY SINGLE time I go in the ladies room or the family bathroom there is pee all over the seats with crazy amounts of toilet paper all over the floor. Toilet paper is the least of your worries about what's on the floor, toilets are always left with poop(excuse the term) in them or smeared on the seats. It's really disgusting never mind what a health hazard it is. The family bathroom is usually the nastiest there is always pee on the floor and all over the toilet seat. I don't understand it, how do you miss the toilet that badly and then not clean up after yourself. I completely understand that NO ONE wants to have to clean someone else's body fluids up but guess what they decided to work for Target and that's part of their job. And lately the lines have been so long it's crazy they never have anyone working the registers they think the self checkout is good enough. Well it's not. Tonight while I was there, this poor guy was the only person working a register he started freaking out saying to the lady watching the self checkout (yea I said it watching self checkout) she gets paid to stand behind all the customers and watch them do her job. The guy was saying is there anyone else on a register, this line simply isn't going down someone needs to get on a register before i start spazzing out as he was profusely sweating because he was so worked up about it. The other day one of those ladies who gets paid to stand behind everyone actually came up to me and started touching the items i was in the middle of paying for and accusing me that the items i had were more than what the screen was saying. I was completely and totally mortified I looked at her for a moment and said No the items do equal $29, why don't you add them up? And because she was wrong she saw that I had left something that i changed my mind about buying and says well what about this! I said I'm not buying that, and she grabbed it off the register and walked away without so much as an apology. Before i left i did stop and say excuse what's your name and she said Terry I said well Thank You Terry I will be notifying someone about what just happened, she tries to threaten me and say should I go get security, I said if you feel like that's what you need to do then go right ahead! People should do what they are hired to do and if for some reason security thought i was up to something I'm sure they would have come out and approached me in the correct manner. That's something about Target their security teams are pretty on point and have some of the most expensive lost prevention tools ie; cameras, sound systems, video recorders. I didn't know who to contact about Miss. Terry from Target so I figured this would be the best way to go about it. I'm sure someone from the Target headquarters will reach out after reading this. Like I said I'm a frequent shopper there and to be treated in such a way and made to feel like i was doing something wrong in front of a bunch of strangers and then to not receive an apology I don't allow my friends or family to treat me in such a way nevermind someone working at a store who doesn't even know me. Target should be very ashamed of the way that women treated their customers and should do something to reprimand her. Enough about me back to the workers..... Now outside of Target there is a trash barrel and its ALWAYS overflowing with trash so much that it's all over the ground. There is a bench on the side of the store that is always cluttered with trash. Idk but I think someone who is a higher up from Target should definitely come and take a look at this one because it does not make Target look good at all. read more

I like this target but... why is the bathroom always so dirty? Especially the family restroom.. the last few times I came here there was a crackhead in the family restroom for the longest time & then most recently the bathroom was left like THIS, with a dirty used pad on the floor! Not to mention the blood stains all on the toilet seat! How disgusting. read more

I wonder if this store has a management team because the staff is completely and utterly useless in this place! They walk away when you try to approach them for help. The cashier didn't say a word and packed glass Bowls in one plastic bag. Someone else preferred talking on her radio than answer me. And last but not least I had to listen to employees complain vividly about their shift and their supervisors in front of me. WOW! I did crack up when one guy said he would rather eat a poisonous frog than work this shift. I think I'd rather buy online than have to put with this! Really, that RUDE!!!!!!! Its seems here that now many times you ask a question to someone they cant give you a start answer and reminds me of highschool with the young people working here, hanging aroudn talking. GOOD LUCK!!! 12/2011 I honestly can say that after several visits here, Ill be crazy! First of all have a issue with a gift card, they take their time walking and talking to other staff. The manager had no idea on how to use the gift certificate issued by Guest Services by Target. She handed me the # on a piece of paper and told me to call. The manager needs to unroll her back to the way they should be. Use a coupon she rings it in and throws back on the counter. If its not the customer service that drives you crazy. I know that Target can be a little overwhelming because it contains so many goodies... You go in for toilet paper and come out restocking your entire bathroom! I love Target... However, this location was a bit disorganized. I didn't see any under construction signs so I was a little disappointed by its appearance. It just seemed dirty. Everything was all over the place, things were totally out of their areas, a little more than you would expect at a retail store. Maybe they didn't had any staff to restock on schedule... Today I visited this Target location after traveling to Big Lots and not finding the items I needed. When I arrived at this location the parking lot was packed, but there were plenty of spaces. When it came to the shopping experience, no true complaints here. The aisles were well stocked, the merchandise was reasonably priced, and they had everything I needed. When it came time to check out, it wasn't a nightmare like some other locations. In the end, this was a great shopping experience and it will be out go to location in the future. read more

This store is a pretty decent sized target. Not the biggest but a good size. They even have a produce section. Hmmm, where to begin. I did not have a good experience at this target yesterday. I had ordered a couple things online and had to pick them up. Upon arrival I waited in line behind 2 customers. Once they were finished I headed to the desk. I was not greeted, so I asked if I was at the right location to pick up online orders, she said "yeah - you have an ID?" I said yes, she replied I need it if you want your stuff.... I'm not sure if she was tired, annoyed or just having a bad day but I felt very uncomfortable. Eventually I got my items I ordered I said thank you and she nothing and I walked away. There is a Starbucks inside and thanks to my horrible service at the help desk I decided to treat myself to a well deserved caramel hot chocolate. The customer service at Starbucks was great. Very helpful, clean and welcoming. They even have a small seating area facing Windows so I decided to sit and enjoy my beverage. It was a decent end to my bad experience at the target device desk. Thanks to Starbucks for making my experience a little better, hence the 3 stars! :) read more

I love Target in General but this store is one of the best and for many reasons. 1.There's always parking and plenty of it. 2. It has a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks inside. I don't care much about Starbucks (I'm a Dunkin Donuts man) but I go to Pizza Hut all the time for Icees. 3. The staff is pleasant and helpful. If I need someone, it's quite easy to find someone to assist me. 4. The prices are awesome. I'd go to Target over Walmart anyday. 5. It's located in a shopping plaza that also has Stop & Shop and Dollar Store and Wendys so it has everything you'd need in and around the store. I visit this store at least once a week because they have good deals every so often. Highly recommend this for anyone searching for quality items for good prices. read more

I am sorry to everyone who loves Target. As a woman in her late 20's that is considered middle class I should LOVE Target. Its like a rule or something. But guess what I am coming out of the closet and telling the world I hate Target. See I used to love it too. I tried hard to love Target. I did really. They have cheap food prices, many including this one have a Starbucks and they always have big parking lots. After having my wedding registry here I have decided its all hype and I am done with it. We setup a wedding registry in store. When I went online to make changes it did not work. A whole afternoon wasted. Bummer! Next, they do not take things off your registry. See when you have a registry it is so you do not get multiples. I got multiples of tons of stuff. I have spent many hours in return lines and treated like crap by angry bitter old women who work at the Guest Services desk. So after returning five duplicate items my husband and I decided to use the gift card to buy a new gas grill. We picked it up and took it home. I opened it today to assemble it. It has been USED. It was filthy, covered in grease, burnt food and sold to us. I am still livid. Who sells used, dirty products. This target apparently does. I called them to tell them about it and the woman said "eww thats gross". No I'm sorry. Nothing. What is the world coming too. If you are the jerk who bought this grill, held a bbq for your buddies and then returned it. I hope those burgers where yummy. Yes, I know they had hamburgers because there was moldy burger in the box. Ladies you may think Target is your friend. But girls Target is really like the handsome jock in high school. I'm kind of torn writing this review. I love shopping at Target! I love that there's a Starbucks and Pizza Hut (well the bread sticks anyway!!) They have everything you need so conveniently in one tiny location. Honestly though there are several things that are rather bothersome 1. Being what is going on with the female line of clothing they have? It went from mid level $$ house Mom to High $$ Tree Hugging Activist stuck in the 70s. I don't know to many people who enjoy wearing their pants above their belly button, I know I sure don't. It's like high waist long bottom seriously talk about looking like you have droopy pants! 2. When did the go from being a little bit pricer than Wal-Mart with no complaints to I can shop at Macy's and not off clearance rack and still get better deals than Target!? Targets become very nose held high in air if you catch my drift!! 3rd. Does anyone work as a cashier in Target anymore? Everytime I come to Target there's a line that goes almost halfway down the isle and there aren't any register lights on except for the self checkout! Target pharmacy : Twice in a month : 1st time they didn't have my prescription and it took 2 days to get a simple ointment . 2nd time I had a bad cold ( very bad one ) went there they said will give partial fill up( 3 pills for that day and tomorrow morning we will have it ready for you ) next day left my bed all sweating went there they don't have it : didn't come they said . I asked for my prescription back to go somewhere else : answer : sorry we can't give it to you back lol they can't fill it and they don't want to give it to me back . K not a fan of Target in general, I never ever ever ever shop here. I don't know why. BUT. I was lured in by some promotional coupons showcasing their new grocery section! I decided to make a trip today and was impressed by what they carry now. You can buy eggs, milk, cold cuts, meat, butter and some fresh produce as well as their general grocery. The prices you ask? The prices are pretty decent! The meats looked so fresh too, it almost scared me and they too were decently priced. So, if you are a grocery store whore like me, and you know all the prices depending on the store, then I say add Target to your weekly shopping list and pick up the cheap items here and then do the rest elsewhere, because I honestly don't know if you can do weekly at Target alone...well maybe, but not I. I also like this location a lot, its easy to get to but out of the way enough that it is never packed and there is always parking. read more

Writing a review for a store that has multiple locations across the state is kinda dumb, but this is the Target I shop at the most. I love this target because.. 1. Its a brand new Target (so shiny and new) 2. It has a Starbucks inside (one of the ONLY Starbucks around) 3. Its a one seat ride for me on the T (I live off the ill-fated 119 bus) I hate this target because.. 1. They sell food now (see below) 2. I hate this store layout, before I shopped here, I used to head over to Gateway Center in Everett and shop at Target there. I guess I had gotten used to the "Target Greatland" layout. 3. They just remodeled and now after getting used to the old layout, I have to re-find everything. 4. The Layout. (it just seems very unfriendly to have to cut thru aisles to get to the back of the store) (yea OK my ONLY complaint is the layout!) They recently remodeled (as did most Targets in this area) to sell food and fresh veggies and meats. I went in there shortly after they remodeled. Its nice, but I was expecting more of a selection than what they offered. It seemed like they added a few more freezer cases (already expanding on the frozen foods they already had there), and threw in an aisle of meat and veggies just because.\ And even the meat and veggie selection isn't very good. I really was expecting more. Not just a TINY section that had fruit and pre-packaged salad mix. And then of course pricing.. I know Target in this area is new to selling more food products but pricing works the same for food as it did for sundries. The price on the shelf *MUST* match the product that is displayed, AND The price on the food itself must be the same as on the shelf. I went in there with a gift card so I was on a budget, so I wrote down the cost of everything I put into my cart. Time and Time again they had to do a price check because half of the food items I bought were mis marked. Of course in the end I made out better due to MA's law where the lowest ticketed price must be given (and many items were tagged via a price gun with a far lower price than what the shelf said). They REALLY need to take care with this stuff, as the state really gets up in businesses business when prices are mismatched. read more

I had some really great customer service at this Target. Usually, I'll go there to pick up some things and if I speak to anyone, it'll be the person at the register. At this Target, we practically had to hide from the employees asking us if we needed anything. I could hear over their walkies that they were being told to ask everyone if they needed help. After the long shopping trip, I really needed caffeine and I was glad to have Star Bucks and Pizza Hut there (though I really don't like Pizza hut, its still good to know I could get a slice if I wanted one). Overall, I think I like the one over on 16 in Everett (? new to the area) slightly more (bigger, better selection) but I was wholly impressed with the service we received at this one. read more

Target in Revere is my go to for everything-i can not leave this store without spending less than $300-,,,,they hav everything at affordable prices-This STORE IN REVERE IS CLEAN -The workers are courteous they help you,,, I bought a bike today from my granddaughter it was in the box there is no way I would be able to put this together so I asked a manager and sure enough he said to give him 20 minutes and he would do it for me,,,which he did (with the help of one of his great workers-just a great experience,,i will post pictures of them working on my granddaughter Lolos bike‼thanku Target read more

I love this Target because: 1. It's sooo close to home 2. Theres a Starbucks inside 3. It's very rarely ever super busy 4. Stop and Shop is next door for quick one stop shopping 5. They always have a bunch of clearance racks in the womens dept 6. I just love target The only bad experience we had was when it first opened and John went into the mens bathroom and found a pile of human excrement in the middle of the floor. Luckily, I've never seen that in the ladies' room and he hasn't seen that in the mens room since. read more

I love Target in general, but this one is the bee's knees. The following is why: 1. There is always plenty of parking 2. I have never waited more than a minute or two in line for a cashier 3. There's a Starbucks inside!!!!!! That in of itself endears this location to me 4. Their food selection is the best of any Target I've been to, and much of their stuff is cheaper than grocery stores 5. It's never been really crowded 6. The women's department is always well stocked for basics, and good clearance, as noted by Chrissy below The Saugus and Everett Target stores are actually much more convenient for me, but the set up of the Revere store is far and away better, and I can get coffee.
