She's personable, professional, has a great sense of humor and is just overall amazing! Treatment. All of the places I checked with had canned replies. Only Elite Excursions replied with a personal response specifically to me and my inquiry. Accommodating. We needed to make changes and Kim was accommodating. She even offered up suggestions that helped our trip and experience. Price. She was competitive in price. I learned a loooong time ago that just shopping price is a really bad idea and leads to disappointment and actually a higher price overall. Visiting my BFF in Pittsburgh from Southern California. We thought we'd take a one day trip via Amtrak to Harper's Ferry and check out the place Denver reminisced as Almost Heaven. Best thing we did was to call Elite and have Kim draw up an itinerary that covered history, architecture and a little cuisine. A private tour of Harper's Ferry we requested. Worse thing we did was to go there by Amtrak. That aside, we arrived late (thank you Amtrak) but Kim gave us the absolutely best private tour of an area that we know without a doubt, we shall return. We could not ask for anyone better than Kim to show us the beauty of this lovely town. We knew we were almost there in heaven. Elite Excursions is highly recommended and I'm planning a return (fingers crossed) Spring 2022. Kim, our grateful thanks to you. Back in October my bf and I decided to bike the C+O and GAP Trail. Our plan was to stay in hotels along the way. On the first day of our trip, we intended to stay in Harper's Ferry after biking 67 miles, but every hotel and B&B was booked. Finally, we made the decision to stay at the next stop on the trail in Shepherdstown, WV an additional 12 miles. As we approached Shepherdstown, we were biking in the dark and got there around 8pm. Again we called all the hotels in the area and no one had any vacancies because there was a big college football game happening. The thought of getting back on the trail at 8pm to bike over to the next town felt impossible. We stopped at the Bavarian Inn and asked for an Uber/Lyft but there were none at that hour. The hotel receptionist gave us a business card for Elite Excursions and told us to try them. We called and left a voice message and I didn't think she would call us back because it was about 9pm at that point and I thought businesses would be closed. To our surprise, Kim called us back and said she could drive us to the next town over and that she was on her way. We told her we had 2 bikes and she said that was no problem. I was so relieved when I saw her arrive. She drove us for about 30 minutes to Williamsport where we were finally able to find a motel for the night. Kim really ended up being a lifesaver because I don't know what we would have done otherwise. read more

Had a wonderful friends trip with this company visiting a brewery and winery with a tour at each location as that is what we wanted to do. This company offers customizable itineraries based on your time and the recommendations of the owner Kim. We would not have been able to get the private tours otherwise and for us this was a bonus apart from Not needing to worry about driving while touring and tasting. We were so pleased with our driver, Kim, and she carted us to the wineries, arts and crafts, Shepherdstown and Harpers Ferry for 2 days! Terrible experience.. paid SO much for a "bachelorette package" and was told that we had "reservations" at these vineyards.. there was only ONE reserved tables for us out of the three Total. The woman who drove us just dropped us off and disappeared not know where we go once we arrive inside the vineyards had to pay our own wine flights after being told it was included.. charged my card an additional fee after we got back home and not notifying me!! when being confronted by that odd fee she said it was for arriving back to the house thirty minutes after the time she had with us ended? Nothing in her terms and conditions does it say you get charged for being home thirty minutes past the original time. And we were home way before the thirty minutes of being "charged". Refuse to refund me for that extra charge. all you pay for with this company is "transportation" which you can easily Uber for MUCH CHEAPER price than this company offers.. my advice, just make events/ reservations from the winery's itself. Save a few hundred dollars and get a better experience than this company offers. Zero stars from me and my girls! read more
