Patrick, the owner and driver at Time Advantage, is hands down amazing. He was professional, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable about traffic and routes. Id like to start off with thanking him for everything extra that he did for me and my group of friends. He helped with loading our supplies (alcohol, juice, and food). He showed us where to place everything so that it wouldn't spill or fall over during our voyage to DC. He was quick to adjust the temperature at our request. He took an alternative route to DC so that way we could avoid traffic and make the most of our time there. When we were ready to go home and called him to pick us up, he was there in like 5 minutes no joke. He then made an unscheduled stop so that way one of the passengers who had way too much to drink could get a cab ride home and the rest of us could enjoy the trip. He was also on top of the basic stuff that you expect from the limo and driver. The limo was clean and set up nicely. Sound system was great! He was dressed very professionally and introduced himself to all passengers. He arrived a few minutes early but that was perfect because we had all that stuff to load into the limo bus. He was patient with all guests and their requests and questions. Hands down greatest customer service! I booked Time Advantage about a year ago for round trip transportation for 12 people from Frederick MD to NYC cruise terminal. For the initial reserving he was wonderful to work with and that carried over to the actual long awaited trip. He picked us up right on time (early in the AM), provided donuts, water and soda. He made our second pickup of people with no issues and stopped whenever we requested for bathroom breaks, etc. We arrived to the port with clear heads since we had no stress of all that driving. Fast forward a week later and he was early and waiting at the cruise terminal for all 12 of us to get off the ship. Once again he had snacks and drinks for us. The limo bus was comfortable, clean and took out all the stress for us to all get to NYC and back. I will not hesitate to use or recommend Time Advantage/Patrick for any future limo needs. His overall service and price can't be beat! Ohhhh and he can pack the luggage compartment of the limo bus like a BOSS! I can't say enough about Patrick! He is the most wonderful, kind and attentive person you've ever met and it shows in the excellent service he provides. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly and that everything was perfect. All their limos are so beautiful and equipped with everything so it was hard to choose! We used the white 14 passenger stretch limo to transport the bride and the bridal party to the events and the black stretch limo at the end of the night to transport the bride and groom to their honeymoon suite in Baltimore! We use Time Advantage all the time and this weekend was no different. We had the best experience! Patrick was our driver and was already on location to pick us up to our destination right on time. I had Patrick's cell # which was super convenient. I had to call and ask him to delay pick up time for another fifteen minutes. Folks were still celebrating at the restaurant. He made me feel as though no matter the request was he would accommodate it.The limo bus had everything fully stocked (waters, clean glasses, etc.) and even had the music already playing for us! The bus itself was super clean and really comfortable for our large group. He had everything mapped out ahead of time and I must add he was also so friendly and nice! We had an amazing experience. My son`s wedding was in Frederick on Nov. 10th and I live in NJ. While searching for a shuttle service from hotel to venue and vice versa I stumbled upon Time Advantage. Our experience with Time Advantage Limo was outstanding. Our flight home from a long vacation was scheduled to land late on Sunday evening at Dulles Airport. We did not want to leave our car at the airport for 4 weeks nor did we want to drive ourselves home after a very long flight. A friend recommended Time Advantage Limo and we are very pleased with the service we received. A quick phone call set up the arrangements. Our chauffeur, Eric, kept in touch with me throughout the day of our return flight. He arrived in a very nice, new, and clean Jeep. In one word: Amazing! I used Tim Advantage with a group of 14 to go wine tasting from DC out into Virginia. Everything from beginning to end was great with their service! The driver was timely, and the limo was clean and spacious. Other limo services I've used will say a limo fits 12-14, then you come with 14...and you feel like Sardines! I cannot say enough good things about the services I received for a recent bridal/bachelorette winery/brewery trip from Maryland to Northern Virginia. With it being prom season I thought I would have difficulty finding affordable & available transportation for our small group. I used Time Advantage last night for a bachelorette party. It was very easy to schedule and Patrick was flexible with a few changes along with way with the itinerary. Patrick was punctual, courteous and had a great sense of humor. The limo was clean and had everything we needed.
