And they diplomatically handled a less than helpful building super. Bonus #1: ask Frank's advice on paint color. His dad was in the paint business and so he knows his stuff. Bonus #2: his stone fabricator Anthony Nitti is a true artist. Make sure he does your kitchen counters. One small caveat: Frank is dependent on subcontractors whose schedules at times lead to work delays. Summary: do yourself a favor and consider Frank's Rasizzi's Christopher Interiors company for your next renovation job. We are glad that we did.

These guys get high marks for reponsiveness; I think we had four in-person on site meetings before we signed on. Throughout the process, they were there for us, for our many questions and concerns. I also liked that they had ideas for us - also helped us with certain elements of the project that we weren't familiar with, like under-cabinet lights. We would definitly work with the Hayes' again.

I contacted the roofer to have the issue corrected, but they refused, saying that the corner is siding rather than part of the roof. Looking back, I feel I paid a premium price for the project, so it's frustrating to find this issue years later. I recommend that anyone hiring this company carefully inspect all areas of the completed work before making final payment.

He explained clearly and answered all my questions, and he helped me see the issues with my own eyes so I could understand. He then gave me several options to repair or re-cover the roof. We discussed the options, and I asked him if we should also consider tearing the existing roof down to the studs and doing a full replacement. He gave me a very honest answer of what it would cost (a lot more) and that he didn't think that was necessary right now. He sold me what he thought was best for my roof, not the solution that would make him the most money. And he guaranteed his work for 15 years. When we inspected the roof again on the first day the crew began working, I found a few more concerning spots we hadn't seen on first inspection. Charles noted them and came up with solutions that worked, fit within our timeline and the budget. His crew worked quickly and did high quality work. They were all very kind and respectful of our house and our neighbors. I also dealt with Charles' son several times during the process - I believe he is taking over the business from his father. He was just as kind, patient, and respectful as Charles. I would recommend Charles and his company to anyone who needs roof work, whether you need a small patch or a full redo. He's fantastic, kind, trustworthy, and reliable. P.S. I'm writing this review over a year later, in early 2024, and I'm still just as completely thrilled with their work and their support as I was when they first completed the job.

I was not disappointed by the quality product that Kenny delivered. He designed the kitchen, built the cabinets and delivered them in a very short amount of time. All for the most reasonable price I've ever seen on cabinets. People are shocked when I tell them the price and they see the quality. I know there are some negative reviews on here for Kenny, but the one thing I'll say about that is: make sure you are working with a competent contractor that will stay on top of any changes/measurements and alternations that you need in your layout.
