Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected​ better than this. Thanks,​ Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

He came by our house one night and on the first meeting, we went over our budget and what we wanted to have made. Alex understood what we were looking to do, took measurements and sent us a quote within 48 hours. A few days later, Alex came back to measure again and go over a game plan - I gave him a deposit and we were off and running. From there, I went to his shop to see the progress he making and everything looked beautiful. Fast forward 2 weeks later - everything was built and Alex showed up with one of his guys to install everything. They were respectful, hardworking and despite some cutting, he left the place clean as a whistle. From start to finish, working with Alex and his crew was a pleasure - his quality of work was wonderful and i can't reccommend him more highly.

Our main contacts were Wafaa and Valentina, but we also talked with Elizabeth, Aura and Roei at times. All work seamlessly together to ensure you have the kitchen design you want. They are all very personable, have a 'can do' attitude and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They were patient with our never-ending concerns and questions and we felt completely at ease dealing with them...so much so, we enjoyed our visits to the showroom. The only reason this is not a "5" rating is we found ourselves very involved in all aspects making sure the many details were coordinated and went as smoothly as possible. Despite that, as with most renovations, there is always the unexpected that can't be controlled (e.g. stove gas pipe in the way, heat riser pipe hidden behind the old pantry, sink that barely fit, but finally did, etc.). The staff went above and beyond and were very quick to do everything they could to help resolve these situations. This did result in some delays coordinating with the various contractors, but we all worked together as a team and it all came out amazing! Wafaa is super responsive on email and the design she created was exactly what we had in mind. The only reason this review lost a star was the execution through their organization with contractors. German Kitchen Center gets their material from germany but the contractor that delivers the pieces, the contractor that installs the kitchen, the contractor that installs the countertop (assuming you buy the countertop from german kitchen center's vendor) are all not from the German Kitchen Center company. As a result, there were multiple delays due to the coordination of these contractors. In addition, you have to handle your own contractor who is the one installing the sinks and appliances and anything else you want in your kitchen (German kitchen center only supplies the cabinetry and cabinetry installation, your contractor has to do everything else) While German Kitchen Center has a liaison to coordinate with that, my experience is that either the contractors are not holding up their end of the schedule or there was a mix up in the scheduled time. A final point is that you have to absolutely make sure that your appliances won't block any potential areas you want to place outlets and likewise, the design provided from German Kitchen Center takes into account the size of the backsplash and tiny details such as how your faucet operates (minute details that are easy to miss) as the handle of your faucet may run against the backsplash if you don't account for the thickness of the backsplash. Overall, I was very satisfied with the end product, and customer service of German Kitchen Center at this location, but was not satisfied with the execution and had to micromanage a lot of the coordination and communication as there were multiple delays to getting our kitchen finished. I'm glad that the contractors always checked in with German Kitchen Center though and one of the contractors (I think his name was consalo) had a good idea to fix the weird gap in the island design to make it flush. The owner, Roei, even directly stepped in when there was an immediate issue at hand and Wafaa (our kitchen designer) was extremely responsive the entire time (even at times when she was celebrating personal events!)

We are kinda skeptical so decided to reach out co-yelpers who gave Swan Tiles a 5 star and they vouched for this store. So I went for it. Kingsley was our sales person...he answers our email as promptly as he could. He is accommodating to our requests. For countertop, they ask for 100% down payment. Don't dismay because they accept credit card so in short you have protection. Why a 5 star? We are happy with our salesman, good price, and they did a great job. Delivery time is good as well. Mr. Liu , the lead guy of the installation team, is awesome. He knows his craft very well so set aside your ego and lIsten to him when gives you an advice. They couldn't create 1/8 slope on the shower sills so I needed to have them done somewhere else. Eric said company policy won't allow Swan to drop off the sills next door at De Luxe Cabinetry and Tiles. On the day of installation, workers came without a shower bench. Then all of a sudden, the company policy allows them to drop it off next door. When I measured after the trapezoid bench top arrived, I realized Swan polished the wrong side. Eric and his manager were unwilling to recut another piece or provide any form of compensation. This trapezoid bench top was already sloped. Swan only offered to polish the other side. But what good is that? It's already sloped. Even before it was sloped, polishing the other side and then cut flat the polished side would have made the bench top too small as it was measure as an exact fit!!
