I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Khavari and Carrollton Foot Center. After seeing another…read moredoctor who told me I needed surgery and would have to spend four months in a boot, I came to Dr. Khavari for another opinion -- and I am so glad I did. After just one visit, she gave me real relief from the pain and addressed my issue without surgery. She listened, explained everything clearly, and took a much more thoughtful and practical approach to my care. The difference was immediate, and I truly felt like I was in the right hands. Dr. Khavari is an excellent doctor, and the entire team deserves recognition as well. The nurses and office staff are top notch -- kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Khavari and Carrollton Foot Center to anyone dealing with foot or ankle pain. This is exactly how medical care should be.

Her staff was also super friendly and they even allow you to have an emotional support puppy (Nala) sit with you while you go through uncomfortable procedures. I highly recommend her for any foot and ankle issues you might have in the future. I came in with a dislocated pinkie toe and found out it was actually dislocated AND broken and she reset it with zero pain and took X-rays to confirm it was back in place. She was able to see me first thing the following morning after I called her office.

If you are looking for a podiatrist in Carrollton, Dr. Miller is your man! the office is…read moreconveniently located next to Radiant Spa, so you can schedule your wax/threading appointment right before your feet get looked at. Don't forget to celebrate getting both of those chores done by getting a bubble tea at Fruitealicious when you are finished! This is my routine when I come here! I had a Morten's neuroma in my right foot that was causing crippling pain. I had my initial Morten's neuroma tumor removed about 14 years ago, but the pain around the surviving nerves created another one (they call these replacement tumors 'phantom neuromas,' but they are quite real). It was killing me, so I went to see Dr. Miller. The treatment for these lovelies has changed substantially over the past decade. Instead of digging into my foot to remove it, Dr. Miller did a series of shots to deaden the inflamed nerves. I had to get this done for 8 weeks. The shot (directly into the nerve in your foot) hurt like a mutha, but only for a second or two before it was numbed for the next 24 hours. During the numbing, the healing began. It was less painful with every shot. The good news--the crippling pain is gone, and should be forever. Hooray! The bad news, my exercise routine needs to begin again and I've gotten used to be a lazy woman.

Wow...what a relief!…read more I went to a PrimaCare 2 years ago for an ingrown toenail and they cut it out. Painful process and I've hoped to not repeat it. Many tears shed on that one. Well...it was time again..same toe, along with another foot issue. Did not want another PrimaCare experience, so I found Dallas Podiatry Works. I went in expecting a similar painful experience. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, so that helped a bit. They needed X-Rays and having them done in-office was a nice touch. Dislike having to go different places for these things. The All-In-One is my preference. Anna, the prep nurse was nice and set me at ease for the ingrown removal. Dr. Northcutt is very thorough in asking questions and provided lots of insight and paperwork to explain what was going on and the next steps...sorry, pun intended. Once the doc started, we talked for a bit...his bedside manner is great...Anna came back in and the doc was done. I didn't even know he had done the procedure as I opted for the chair view blocker. Nothing like my first experience...it was literally painless and done quickly. The checkout was effortless and I was on my way...slower than when I came, but I was well taken care of. Bottomline: No one WANTS to go the foot doctor, but when you do...Dallas Podiatry Works is THE place. They have a Dallas and Plano location. The Dallas Office located at Medical City is clean, staff are friendly, Dr. Northcutt is GREAT, and I was taken care of. For all my foot needs, I will be back.
