I took my car to get the front passenger windows tinted today. I called a few weeks ago to book the appointment and they were very helpful in answering all my questions over the phone. While I was waiting for the work to finish, I was standing outside and it looked like it was about to start raining. Dave was kind enough to let me wait inside the waiting area since I was alone, even though their sign said it was closed due to COVID. I also had the pleasure of talking with Dave about his cars that were parked outside. My car was finished in about an hour. When I was driving back, I discovered my speakers were not playing music correctly, so I went back to the shop. To my surprise, Dave was kind enough to explain to me that he usually turns off all the electronics before they start working on the car. That was a huge sigh of relief for me, and I am very grateful for how helpful Dave was with the customer service. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, the timeliness, and the professionalism of the staff at Elite Glass Tinting. In short: This place is awesome; it is run by a man named Dave who couldn't be more passionate about his work. You can't go wrong going here. They are only certified 3M installer in the area, so if you want Crystalline this place is it. Even if you don't go 3M, this clean shop only uses great materials and won't cut corners, except the literal corners they have to cut or plot. Highly Recommend based on my experience. The longer story: I ordered a VW Golf back in November and before I got it, three months later, I started researching places to get tint. I wanted it done right by a place with great reviews. This place had great reviews, so I e-mailed them and got a detailed response. Many places can't tint the tiny windows in the front by the A pillar and they have done it before and said it would be no problem. I did get some better rates from less reputable places using no-name tint in a less clean facility. With all of the glowing reviews, I wanted to check this place out in person. I was highly impressed when I got there. They had equipment to show the difference in tint and took their time explaining the differences in their products and why one type cost more than the other. I was impressed with their level of knowledge of their work and cars in general. After noticing they offer Paint Protection and Cermaic Pro, I inquired about getting it for my car. Happy with their demos and their range of products; I was told I could get enough coverage for city parking bumps aka "Philly Love Taps" while staying in my budget. Dave went above and beyond in offering me to get what I can afford now and to only pay the difference later on if I decided I needed/wanted more. It may seem like nothing in a review but I know that would involve more vehicle surface prepping so I see a lot of value in their flexibility. Now for the install experience: Dave is nothing less than a perfectionist. Maybe this was because I expressed extreme desire to keep the car in good condition. What is clear is the passion he has for his work. After picking up my new car from the dealer, I drove straight to Elite Glass Tinting. Dave noticed imperfections in the vehicle that the dealer or I did not pick up due to rain. I am so glad he pointed out scratches the dealer caused while prepping the car for delivery and a scratch in a window. Because of this, I contacted my dealer immediately and they are working on a resolution with me. I am so glad I took my car straight here. Not only did Dave offer to install the glass when I get a replacement from the dealer, he found other vehicles at another dealership with similar scratches from sticker removal. The result: BEST tint/paint protection/ceramic coating I have seen around. My car is as smooth as glass and my co-workers asked how I got a car so shiny. It was all Elite and hopefully I can send them more business. This business has already outgrown a mobile operation and a smaller store and is in the process of getting a bigger place. I only obtained this information in pieces through constant communication with them throughout the process, again passionate people doing great work. Had 2 cars' front windows tinted on seperate days, a minivan and a truck. They offered a same day appointment both times. I didn't notice any signage for "Elite Glass Tinting" on the outside of the building or by the street, but it wasn't difficult to find. We did not wait at the shop, but there were couches and a TV, in case you want to/have to wait. Jumpers Family Fun Zone is across the street if you have kids waiting with you. Couldn't be any more happier with my tint! Staff was friendly, and tinted my car fast and efficiently. Took about an hour and a half to fully tint my Acura TL. Originally, I had gone in looking to get a same day appointment, however, sadly, I was not able to do so because the amount of traffic they receive. But, they were happy to schedule an appointment for me within a few days to best accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend calling them and getting an appointment! I went with the 3M Color Stable tint at 20% and I can honestly say it's perfect. This is my first tint I've ever gotten. Wanted to get the front windows tinted in my truck. I heard they were the best in the area. I had to check them out. They're very responsive on their Facebook page - they told me to call in and schedule an appointment (for the next day). I went there and the receptionist was awesome... She asked me was I waiting for my truck and sat me down at the reception area - mind you, it was like sitting in my own living room at home. They have HDTV with ALL THE CHANNELS - I kid you not... I caught myself up on American Horror Story. So, after about a two-hour wait, they pulled my truck around front and told me it was ready. They matched the tints PERFECTLY. Had my 2015 VW GTI tinted last weekend by these guys... and I am still giddy every time I look at my car. 3M Color Stable 5% all sides and back, car looks so amazing. Dave and the team were professional, cordial, and really put in hard work to make the tint just perfect. Also, considering they were very busy, I didn't have to wait longer than I would have expected to have the work done. That was a nice bonus! I will definitely be going back to these guys when I'm ready to have my car wrapped. Heads up - these guys do have a solid reputation (I was a referred myself) and weekends seem to be pretty busy for them. They were fully booked the day of my appointment, and for the short time I was there they must have had 5 people call/walk-in expecting an appointment the same day. Top notch tinting shop. They were easy to schedule with, replied almost immediately to my Yelp messages, and are more than fair with their prices. More importantly, they did a fantastic job with my tint installation. I guess my only complaint is that they don't carry a higher quality film in 15%. The highest quality films they carry are: 3M Crystaline, 3M Color Stable, and SunTek CIR. Unfortunately, 3M and SunTek don't make those films in a 15%. That's obviously not Elite Glass Tinting's fault; however, it would be nice if they carried a different line(s) of high quality tint that does come in 15%. I ended up going with the SunTek CIR and am very satisfied. If they carry the film you want, then don't hesitate to take your car here! read more

I got my clear XPEL bra installed here. FYI: They are not authorized Xpel installer so warranty doesn't apply. Go to Xpel site and they have list of authorized installer and you won't find "Elite Glass Tinting" in there! The response I got from their rep was, "Regarding your question; Yes, the warranty only applies if you had your vehicle protected with XPEL in an XPEL authorized installation center." You have been warned! As one other reviewers accurately mentioned, yes, bunch of smokers at the entrance but also with barking dogs right at you, unleashed as soon as you enter, LOL. I came here because I was referred by a detail guy and the owner claimed he offers nothing but perfection for his work in a five minute speech over the phone. I have 3 cars and the one I decided to replace my Acura for everyday car is a garage kept Infiniti that's 5 years old with barely 3-4k miles driven a year. Battery died so I was going to be late or miss the appointment but they called and told me to bring it without a problem. Apparently they are not busy. Dropped the car off around 3PM and got a text three hours later that work was done and to come pick it up next day. Work was done in three hours huh? Showed up next day, inspected my car and saw couple of blemishes, car dirty, obviously rushed job but owner not around so showed his wife the crooked lines on top and bubbles on the side bumper. They claimed it will go away but nothing they can do for the bumper and got very defensive. On their online receipt, they ask for a feedback which I wrote: "Appears that job was rushed so quality fell short. Top part of bumper out of alignment so the driver side 1/3 inch exposed and uncovered, while extra film is sticking out from the bottom. Side of the bumper with bubbles. Pointed this out but they appeared to take offense to it. I at least expected car exterior to be cleaned for price that i paid $850 for services but it wasn't." Then I get this text few hours later (I quote as sent to me without edit): "Hey I'm curious. Are you a professional in the PPF game? What exactly didn;t you understand when explained what expect? I gave twice the coverage without charging extra and you do realize that the film like any a curing process and requires time to dry." Funny thing is, that feedback is not made public but only for their internal use but the idiot thought it was being shown to public and went full offense. Instead of trying to work with a customer, he decided to wage war with fictitious claims of how respectful he was and how he gave extra coverage film (which is also BS since I chose straight cut instead for extra coverage) and only thing I'm doing is trying to slander him and ruin his business with more insults to me and my garage kept car. This went on back and forth and he finally realized that I never asked for a refund or asked them to redo the bumper, so he smarten up and stopped responding. When they oversell their service it's usually a red flag as it indicates they are trying to overcompensate. Red flag number two: They can take you in next day! First time since all other places in the area needed at least a week for an appointment. Red flag number three: This owner is one of the most insecure guys that I ever met. He responds to every critical reviews with lies as if he never does anything wrong and it's always other people trying slander him. He is always the victim. Make sure to bring a box a tissue if you decide to see him against my recommendation. BTW, people generally don't use their REAL NAME for sake of privacy in online world so someone need to explain that to this genius. Now watch him respond to this review now (as he does with every critical ones) with full vitriol and how WRONG the customer is or how he can't recall my name or car and how he is faultless and innocent, and how he tried to fix the problem but I never responded, LOL!! read more

BUYER BEWARE: Very unprofessional. Just look at the owner's responses to negative reviews on Google. If that is how they respond to customer comments, imagine if you were to have an issue, while they are working on your car. Well I did. My experience led to me threatening to call the cops, if the owner didn't give step away from my car and walk away. Luckily the car was parked outside, and I already had the key. He had gotten so angry that I was not satisfied with their tint install that he was going to remove the tint and refund me. ...and when I say angry, I mean this guy could have struck me. It wasn't that serious, but they are lazy, and don't take pride in a good job. They only care about the high-end cars coming into their shop, as they were quick to point out that I was having basic tint installed on my Audi. Unfortunately, that isn't an excuse for sloppy work, which included the tint not covering the the full window on multiple windows, and various areas of dirt between the film and windows throughout. You can expect to receive an attitude from the second you make contact, through payment. The reception...yikes. Smoke breaks are every five minutes, so expect to be there awhile, but don't count on a clean waiting room. I've never been to a business (pre-COVID BTW) where I didn't want to sit or touch anything. Unleashed and barking dogs will greet you, and are VIP security. read more

EGT does phenomenal work. I've worked with the owner on a couple different occasions and he really pays attention to detail. I've had vinyl work and tinting done and the tint is the best I've had over 4 different vehicles. No edges, no fading, top notch quality. All my future vinyl/tint work will be taken to Elite Glass. He uses higher end materials so it's not the cheapest of the options around the area, but I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for." read more

Got my 2015 GTI done today. Tint looks great. They use nice film and they take their time to do it right. No scratches or bubbles. Only problem is they're back in their garage suckin' cigarettes so now my car smells like smoke. Rad, thanks. I don't smoke in my car, so that's enough to make me not want to come back and knock three stars off my rating. That might not be a big deal to some people, but what if I brought in a Porsche?
