I could not be more pleased as she diagnosed my hearing issues, removed ear wax that nobody else detected or could professionally address. That alone made a huge difference The hearing test was more than listening to a few beeps so the resulting Rx for my aids was precise. I selected the rechargeable Resound BTE aids which have given me hearing that I had not experienced in many years plus they are pretty comfortable to wear. Many patients had established relationships with their doctors for years, only to find themselves scrambling to locate new providers and navigate insurance confusion during an already stressful transition. What makes this even more frustrating is that public statements during the sale process suggested patients would continue to have access to their insurance coverage under the new ownership structure. Yet many patients later experienced uncertainty or loss of access depending on their plan participation and contract negotiations. The bankruptcy itself was tied to massive Medicare billing discrepancies reportedly totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.
