I could not be more pleased as she diagnosed my hearing issues, removed ear wax that nobody else detected or could professionally address. That alone made a huge difference The hearing test was more than listening to a few beeps so the resulting Rx for my aids was precise. I selected the rechargeable Resound BTE aids which have given me hearing that I had not experienced in many years plus they are pretty comfortable to wear. All in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Lamb at Lake Medical Hearing as she will take the time to professionally diagnose your hearing concerns and provide the follow up services to ensure your hearing is maintained.

I bought my hearing aids from him years ago . $6000 . a few years later I had to use my insurance and have them replaced as they got wet . I had to pay $800 . after I got them he tried to charge me another $60 . I showed him on my paperwork that the only charge was the $800 . he yelled at me in front of the whole waiting room. said to give him my hearing aids . i felt so attacked . ive lost my left aid and my right one doesn't work anymore I'm so afraid to go ask if they can replace my battery or anything they can do to help . I just looked and there he is in a picture. I did report years ago what he did . never heard back. I feel helpless have almost no hearing . can't afford to go somewhere else and get new hearing aids . I just want to get the one I have fixed . I can not deal with the arrogance of this man . Took my Siemens hearing aids to have them repaired. 10 days later I asked them to call Siemens and…read moreask when I could expect them to come back. - lo and behold 15 minutes later they called and said they just came in. Went in and tried them on and they didn't work. The remote still didn't communicate with the left hearing aid which is why I brought them in in the first place. I noticed that the ear cups were still yellowed from use and exposure to ear wax, which is pretty normal. You would think that having been sent in for repair they would have replaced the ear cups. I left with the hearing aids which still did not work and the next day I went back to Beneficial Hearing Aids where I originally purchased the aids. My person there questioned why the ear cups were dirty and asked me if this was how they were returned to me. She got on the phone and called Siemens repair dept. and gave them the 2 serial numbers of my 2 hearing aids. They said these aids had never been sent in to them for repair. Light bulb goes on. Now I know why the ear cups were dirty - THEY WERE NEVER SENT IN FOR REPAIR AND WHY WHEN I CHECKED THEY MAGICALLY CAME IN 10 MINUTES AFTER I CALLED- THEY WERE THERE ALL ALONG. What a scam. I called back and said I was p****d off. The front desk clerk they were in the back and he would tell them what happened and would I like to be called back. I really wasn't interested in talking to them, but based on what happened you'd think they would like to attempt to vindicate themselves. No call back I'd stay away from these thieves like the plague Their commercials portray a company that cares not rips you off. STAY AWAY, USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I was referred to Dr Shon Murray by my doctor because I questioned my hearing. Well, the day before…read morethanksgiving just a week ago I met with Shon. He told me I had moderate hearing and would really benefit from hearing aids. $4,500 later I had hearing aids in my ears. Shon indicated that my hearing would continue to deteriorate and that hearing aid would help. He scarred me into believing that these hearing aid would slow down my hearing loss!!! What he DIDNT SAY IS THAT NOTHING ALTERS HEARING LOSS OR SLOWS IT DOWN! The hearing aids hurt and after two painful days he discovered that I needed pediatric size hearing aids, he was the expert and shouldn't he know that? Then the plug died the next day and the hearing aids didn't charge! TO AD INSULT TO THE PAIN I RETURNED THE HEARING AIDS AFTER 7 days of problems and he had the nerve of charging me $200. I did sign a contract the day he sold me the defective hearing aids and the contract said that if I returned the aids he could charge me $200 fee. But after the problems I encountered, I want others to know my experience. I did tell my doctor who referred me, and he won't refer anyone else. Be aware before you buy from this man! Run in the opposite direction.
