There were a couple complications involved and he was slightly reluctant at first, but after evaluating all the ramifications volunteered to do the transfer and shipping. He explained clearly to us all that was involved and, considering his many years of doing business there and obviously thorough knowledge and experience in handling the legalities involved, we went ahead with the transfer. Once the Hawaii State paperwork was very professionally taken care of (a long, drawn out process in our situation), the firearms were very well packaged and shipped.
