I contacted Elite Insurance company on March 20, 2026 and spoke to one of there licensed agents about obtaining a life insurance policy for my wife. I gave the agent all the information needed for a small whole life policy, he gave me a quote which sounded very good, and my wife was approved. He sent me an application via email. And since my wife was working at the time, the agent made an appointment to call us back to go over the policy with both of us, so he set up a callback for April 2, 2026 from 12-12:30 pm to speak to my wife and finalize the policy. Well, April 2, 12pm came and gone, with no call back. So I called his number he gave me, the message said he wasn't available to take my call, so I called the main number for Elite insurance company. I got another licensed insurance agent, before I had a chance to tell her why I was calling she had already started her pitch to try to sell me an insurance policy. I interrupted her as nicely as I could and told her why I was calling. She found my information in the computer and after I gave her all the information she needed to confirm it was me that was calling. She just said that my agent was out to lunch. My first thought was, why would he schedule a call back to talk to me and my wife about the policy he was selling us during his lunch? She told me that he would return my call as soon as he returned from lunch. Well, the call back never came that day or the next day. So I started calling his direct line, and I would get the same thing every time, he was not available to talk my call. So I tried the company's main number again, and all I would get was my call was rotated back to my agents voicemail which said he was unavailable. I was not able to get through to anyone after that because nobody would take my call and my calls would be routed back to my agents voicemail which said he wasn't available. so by this time I was not happy with the way I was treated by Elite Insurance Company. I gave up on Elite and called another Insurance Company, I called Ethos, got a licensed agent, explained to the agent what I wanted and what happened with the last Insurance Co, and they were able to find all my wife's information in their database. Ethos, was not only able to sell me a policy for my wife, but they got me a larger amount of coverage for less money per month! I actually enjoyed working with EIP. Being a first time Medicare customer can be confusing and painful. Once you sign up somewhere to ask questions, you get 50 companies calling you. I forget how I made contact with EIP, maybe because I was settling on Mutual of Omaha and was looking for someone to confirm my decision. I dreaded contacting yet another agent, but once I worked with them, I was quite pleased. The did not make me feel like I had to sign up now and I did have a second, longer discussion a few days later. After I signed up, it was easy and they kept in touch. read more

Just NO. This company lures you into asking for a quote for Medicare insurance on-line and then, after you've received and reviewed the quotes you tell them "No thanks" they still call and call and call. The worst part is you can't block them because they use IP phones and the only number you get is in the voicemails. 800-845-2484 is the so-called customer service #. However, when you call, you finally get someone and all of them (at least in my experience) have no talent in listening. I called today after multiple VMs to have them remove my number from their call list. I could literally not get a word in! Finally I asked the agent to please SHUT UP and LISTEN! She just kept talking and ignoring me so I hung up and determined people need to know how bad this company is. read more

I used this firm to place my Medicare Supplements with Cigna for the year 2025. I had no issue with CIGNA,but when they were bought out by Health Spring, they sharply increased premiums.. So I replaced my coverage with another company as of 1/1/2026. But this week so far, I have received NINE e-mails from Elite, acknowledging my application for coverage--which is totally fraudulent. I've made no such application. Probably their way of trying to recapture interest in their product. They don't answer the phone, faxes don't go through. I wouldn't trust them. read more

If I could rate this company with a zero I would. I made more than several attempts to contact Elite Insurance Partners (Maximus-Paris Carter) using the email and phone numbers provided by Elite (EIP). Additionally, Mr. Carter set up a follow up phone conversation that was scheduled for yesterday morning on July 29th at 10:30 am PDT) and received no call from him. I finally researched the CEO/Founder and emailed Mr. Jagger Esch. Moreover, I sent a message using Facebook Messenger regarding the lack of follow up and communication. It as been a very frustrating experience and as a consumer, I was ignored. My next step is/was to contact the sState of Florida Insurance Office of Insurance Regulation to file a formal complaint against Elite. As a retired consumer, health insurance is paramount. I cannot trust Elite Insurance Partners to provide and support my medical insurance needs. As we discussed, I request that the initiated policies: 1. Supplement Plan N, 2. Part D Drug plans and 3. dental, vision and earring plan be cancelled immediately; the plan does not begin until October 1st, 2025 and is not active. Additionally, the supplemental plans cannot begin until Medicare Part B is active and I force. I appreciate your time (on the phone) with cancelling the supplemental plans with Cigna initiated with Elite Insurance Partners( agent-Maximus-Paris Carter). It's unfortunate that the customer care with Elite is not trustworthy and reliable. My expectation is to be able to have a response within a few days; that did not happen causing me to question integrity with care. read more

As a 69-year-old highly skilled professional, when it came to transitioning towards retirement and navigating "All that is Medicare Parts A, B, D" along with a nice Supplement Program, Dana who works for EIP has been a "Godsend"! He has proved to be consistently patient, knowledgeable, and a compassionate professional. "I" on the other hand can be a real "pain in the rear" as I demand a great deal of "information explanation" and a sincere commitment to staying in close touch via email of all the individuals I work with. My best advice to anyone who is working on better understanding the many "twists and turns" to making the best individual decisions with moving towards optimal Medicare decisions...is to find a person (like Dana) who is reputable, honest, not totally self-serving, and is willing to take the time and make the professional commitment to seeing you through to an acceptable conclusion when it comes to critical Medicare decisions....some of which can be detrimental and devastating for life if initially poorly made. Overall, I was pleased with Zach's service and the plan that he found for us. Ask me in a year whether I still feel that way about the plan. I found two things irritating about the experience which is why you did not get 5 stars. First--and this is not Zach's fault by any stretch of the imagination--the requirement that he read verbatim the disclosure statements and all of the questions to my wife and myself separately even when we clearly stated that we were both there and on speaker. This lengthened the phone calls beyond the advertised 30minutes (for the first 2 calls of 3). This probably fed into my second gripe--he was consistently 5-10 minutes late from our scheduled time in actually calling us. I grant you that we are retired teachers and probably a little anal retentive about promptness, but we did find it irritating. That said, I have no problem with having dealt with you folks or having you contact us again next year, assuming that we even have health insurance available. read more

You know when I first signed up with this company for Medicare when I reached 65 which was many years ago, the initial experience was shaky but excellent last year when I contacted this company to try to change Medicare part D they never returned my phone call and I got excuses that they're very busy and they apologize and I get an email from a Jared telling me he'll help me next year so I kept his number and when I contacted him this October he started to work with me and I back and I got a different this time named Daniel and he started to work with me and he said he was very busy with other clients which made me feel completely dismissed and I've tried to reach out to him now several times with emails and gotten nowhere. This is the second year in a row that they've done nothing for me. I don't know how they can stay in business. I would not recommend this company to anybody. read more

This company gave me the worst experience ever when dealing with an insurance agency. Everything started off well but deteriorated rapidly. My wife and I both applied for Medigap policies thru this agency. My wife got insurance, but when we tried to speak to our agent about a concern the agent wouldn't return our calls. Part of the problem is that when you call their number, their system knows who is calling and you get an automated voice that says your agent is on another call please leave a message. You can't reach anyone else and she never returned the call. We had three telephone appointments set up with her. The first one happened and the next two didn't. When I tried to call her you get the same answer, she is on another call. I had to call the insurance company to make sure my wife was insured and that was no easy task. Then she had told me I was approved but I never heard from the insurance company. So since I could not reach her I called the insurance company directly. Finally someone told me at the company that my app was still pending. Eventually someone from Elite did reach out to me. I told them about my experience and they said they would go to her boss and tell him about my experience. On that very same call the agent told me that I had been denied coverage. That was about a week ago. Today I received a letter from the insurance company stating that I had been approved. I would stay away from Elite Partners and save yourself a lot of aggravation. I would recommend anyone looking for Medigap insurance and Plan D coverage look for a local agent right in their area. read more
