She initially…read morereturned my call very promptly, over the phone went over my needs and then made me an appointment scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was initially very excited with trying something that I felt like what would relax me, but also help me to achieve and my fitness goals. In turn, I received the run-around, a waste of time, and really annoyed with me making extra stops after work in vain. My initial appointment was rescheduled on two different occasions, both accompanied by a large story. I feel like I'm a very understanding person, so I do understand that life happens. But also, I'm about my business, and I can't stand for my time to be wasted. After she attempted to make it up for me with a free session for running me around, that turned out to be the same. With my second rescheduled appointment, she texted me basically saying that she was running two and a half hours behind( on a work night) ... What she didn't know that I was actually standing outside the building looking around to everything turned off and Pitch Black. If you did not / could not complete a service, I rather you just say that you're unable to. Please don't make me make an extra stop after work when all I want to do is go home.

It's safe to say she was exhausted. I completely understand, however, I had an appointment that was scheduled two weeks ago. The young lady at the front was very apologetic and attempted to call me before my arrival. I didn't get the call because I was already in route. There was no need to express my frustration with her because she's the messenger. This is a matter that management/ owners of the establishment should deal with. What took place this morning was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and simple poor business practice. The hydration therapy service that is provided here is definitely something this area needs because of the benefits it offers. However, I could easily venture out to other area that offers the same services with a more convenient schedule and reliability, but I choose to give this location a try after being referred here for other services that I have been very pleased with. Would I recommend or refer others here? Absolutely for any other service other than the hydration therapy treatment. Those that work here that I have encountered has been professional, courteous, and has shown a genuine concern as it relate to the nature of my visit. It is unfortunate that I will be going elsewhere for this particular services. I truly hope that this review is taken constructively with an attempt to assess and make necessary changes.
