Then I was greeted by the staff which answered my questions very well. Then we started the colonic cleanse. It was nice to have a detox in the middle of the week. Especially for my colon. Plus I had to go #2 anyway. I will be honest tho the cramping part was the worst for me. I was just told to push like if I were to poop normally if the pressure was too much but I saw how much waste was sitting in me. Felt like I needed to go for a little bit right after the treatment but it was just cramping healing. I'm going back to them in two weeks for a double LP-injections.
