It was just the worst experience ever. Just be sure you know what you're getting into before scheduling a procedure and having to pay up front before you are cleared by a doctor. Again all the staff was great except for Katelyn/ nurse office MGR whatever. She was very rude the whole time and even her staff felt the same way when I would talk to them on the phone about her and trying to get my money back for a procedure I never had done. While he removed the dorsal hump, he severely damaged the tip of my nose. The tip was left thinned, misshapen, and crooked, with one nostril so narrow that it would tear. Because of this, I required two additional surgeries with another plastic surgeon. One procedure was specifically to strengthen the weakened nostril, and the other--a five-hour surgery--was to straighten and reinforce the tip of my nose. Although the revision surgeon improved the structure and appearance, the damage from the original surgery was so extensive that it cannot be fully repaired due to scar tissue. This experience has been extremely difficult, and I strongly caution anyone considering rhinoplasty with this doctor.
