Roman and Pedro did an excellent job remodeling our entire backyard in a matter of about 8days. The rain pushed us back a bit so the project as a whole took about 2 weeks. They cleaned up everything at the end of each workday so the outside of our home remained clean. They were both very kind and courteous and knowledgeable. Initially Roman appeared to be attentive then after he started the project we rarely seen him. He never came by to check in on his crew except when we had concerns. His crew did good work on the everything except the artificial turf. You can see the seams and as time goes by even more. We have tried calling and texting him but he does not care about the quality of workmanship or integrity. He has not reached out to resolve and it has been months. It's unfortunate we have to resort to other means. I would never recommend him. read more

-Had to point out simple and basic mistakes made; we felt we had to be begging for the job to be done in the way we wanted instead of how they wanted to do. - after the design was agreed, Roman kept trying to change our ideas and he kept trying to do what was more convenient for him. - Roman kept trying to get us to buy more items which we didn't want. It felt like he was trying to get us to go for a higher budget so that he could maximize his profit by buying cheap products. - we found cigarette buds everywhere in our backyard from his crew. That's just rude! No more comments here. - we have CCTV cameras around the house and by looking at the footage, we could see that there was no follow ups from Roman on how the job was getting done by his crew. - we could go on and on, but overall, we didn't have good experience with this company and will not recommend them. read more

I am love, love, loving my yard, I am! I placed my vote at 4 out of 5 as it will not allow me a 4.5. Elite Landscaping is a good company. Roman is a hard worker, listens, and gets the job 95% done. I actually am pleased with all of his crew, his son, and himself. What I am not happy with is the things left UN-finished. They are few, but important. Now, I will take partial blame for this unfortunate residual. I did not sign and list out in a contract (for the gardening of the yard) what all I desired done. And I expected my yard to be costly. We wanted a HUGE patio, and a drought resistant front and back yard with rock. I got over 1000+ feet of concrete, I am thrilled with my patio and front yard work, on these I score a 5+ stars. Roman listen, and did Exactly! what I wanted. I wanted a drought resistant yard, and for it to have the ability to be replaced IF there was some need to sell my home. So it is perfect, and IF I have to (Heaven forbid) sell, the next owner can easily put in grass if they want. Fantastic. My back patio is exactly what I asked for. Excellent, 5 stars. It is the drought resistant features of the *sprinklers* in my Back Yard, and a side yard I needed to be rototillered up really well, that are deeply lacking. The sprinklers need to be re-worked and placed on 2-3 lines, and the side yard, being for animals needs the hard pack there turned over so I can hand make tunnels, hides and other fun toys for Rabbits. (We have pet rabbits). Mind you, I have friends loving my yard, and I do as well!! I give Roman and crew 5 stars on the beauty and the extremely hard work they did. It is the fact he does not make appointments he sticks to, does not call if he can not show, and vanishes for weeks (as well as the 2 back yard issues) which cause me to list him with a 4 star. I got my concrete in writing with him, and he did that PERFECT, and at the quoted price. Amazing! So... get it in writing, and with succinct instructions, and you WILL get EVERYTHING you want. read more

The quality is not the best. It has not been a year yet. The concrete has two different textures and is multiple colors. Roman stated this was normal and would go away over time. He either does not know what he is talking about or he lied. The stakes that keep the artificial grass down have been coming out and it's all around poor quality of work! read more

Very, Very, Very disappointed in Roman. He came out for an estimate and I had advised him of my BUDGET for landscaping, which he stated he could achieve. Once he came out the price jumped up $3k over MY budget!! He said I would need to reduce the concrete amount which my boyfriend cut the amount in half. My boyfriend also took over handling 40% of the work to cut the cost. It appeared the more we cut the more expensive it still was! As we cut, then Roman would want to add something else to boost the price. I would highly NOT recommend this company as their business practices are quite shady. read more

Roman and his crew did a wonderful job. They were fast, efficient, and professional. In fact, they were on the job within less than a week of hiring them. He did THREE jobs for us within the span of two weeks. He poured concrete in job #1 and blew us away with the quality of the work. He did some irrigation/sprinkler work and planted bushes for us in job #2. And, finally, in the third job, he replaced our quite literally rotting wooden fence with a brand-new 7-footer that is the talk of the neighborhood. I highly recommend their work and their service. Further... no one could beat their low bids and their high-quality work!!! I'm looking forward to calling Roman and his crew this next summer to complete the rest of our future projects. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'll start off by saying we did not personally hire them our property management did to fill up a pool and jacuzzi with dirt. BUT we dealt with them the entire time. First off the very first day of them showing up they didn't even let us know they were here they literally ripped our fence down and started letting the entire crew in our backyard at like 8 or 9 in the morning I woke up to about 6 or 7 guys in my backyard very confused of what was happening at first. And that happened everyday. We were told that it was supposed to be a 3 day job and it literally lasted from April and it wasn't even finished completely until two weeks ago. They left their tiny bulldozer thing in our backyard plugged in and charging over night without asking they also were drinking and smoking in our back yard, picking our fruit and eating it and spitting the seeds all over our yard also using our tools and sitting in our chairs and when my husband went out there to ask how things are going one of the guys jumped up and said " oh i didn't think anyone was home.". I seen one guy walking around my front yard on the phone and looking into my car. They also would come one day and not come again for like 2 days and just leave all their stuff back there and they would leave our fence off so WE would have to put it back because I have two dogs who needed the back yard. At this time we had already complained and they finally started telling us they were there They filled the pool fine the jacuzzi on the other hand they were supposed to take out the lining of the jacuzzi and they didn't. Then a month of it being "finished" they had to come back and redo it. So we were told they were coming in the next few days and they didn't come till almost two weeks of the phone call with our property manager and it was a Saturday morning and it was barley 7am and they were banging on my front door and ringing the doorbell obnoxiously and woke me my husband my two dogs and my 1 year old son up. So we let them in they dug up the jacuzzi half way only took out half of the lining and then filled it back up. But left chunks of the lining everywhere in the dirt that my son kept trying to put in his mouth cause it was literally everywhere. That I also spent time picking it out of the dirt for days. They left without saying anything. We knew it was only half cause we had taken a peek out our there to see how far along it was. Then the owners of the house had to come and dig it up themselves to check if they did the job right for the second time and they ended up taking the rest of the lining out and pipes and whatever else they found down there. Our biggest issue with this entire thing is that they had a ton of excess dirt and instead of just trying to put in the pool they literally covered our entire grassy part of our backyard and turned it into a sand pit and then tried to tell us to put seed all over it and water it and grass will grow. When they shouldn't have thrown all the dirt everywhere in the first place. They also put all of the pool pump piping and water heater and all that in OUR trash. So it literally took weeks for us to catch up on putting our own trash out. It was just a terrible experience overall I feel they are very rude and unprofessional and they need to approach customers differently. read more

Roman (dad and the son) were just great during our project. We had one quote that was crazy high and almost depressed us beyond belief. I'm thankful that we kept looking and found Roman and the crew. They came out and looked at our yard, listened carefully to our needs and wants and proceeded to put together a great plan. We aren't landscapers and we are from out of town and don't know the area. We greatly appreciated their knowledge of what worked in this area and totally worked with our budget to create something that looks great and solved several of our ongoing issues. We were originally going to only do the front yard but they were so good about working within our budget and making great suggestions, we decided to expand to a back yard cleanup and re-do as well. We are so glad we did! They are great guys to work with and we liked them so much, we have hired them to continue to do the regular maintenance! read more
