I had a very upsetting experience at this store involving a tall male employee (possibly the owner). I was there picking up two orders as a delivery driver and had already waited in line behind several customers. After being asked to step aside while he assisted others, I eventually politely asked if he could check on the status of my orders once he finished with the current customer. He immediately began yelling at me, telling me to "get the f-- out" of the store and insisting I was not a customer, even though I was there on behalf of paying customers. I remained calm and tried to explain that I was not demanding anything, only asking for clarification, but he continued to shout, tried to humiliate me in front of a customer by telling me to get a different job and then threatened to call the police. I ultimately left the store shaken and later experienced a panic attack due to how aggressively the situation escalated. In all my years of picking up orders, I have never encountered behavior like this. Drivers should be aware that orders may not be prepared in advance and that asking about them may be met with hostility. Based on other reviews describing similar experiences, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I have reported the incident to DoorDash and requested not to be paired with this location again. I hope management takes these concerns very seriously and addresses the pattern of hostile interactions mentioned by multiple customers. read more

I cannot believe how terrible I was treated, we've been loyal customers for 3 years. We've always been treated well. It's a bit expensive but worth it. Its convenient. . I am still in shock and confused! He was yelling and upset because I couldn't figure out what his problem was. I was screamed at and accused of theft. I was stunned because i had my wallet ... i had no pockets. I Didnt have any bags. There wasnt a sign or anything and he was watching when i grabbed them and he didn't say a word. We have gone once week for two years without an issue. I was was not aware that people are not allowed to walk with the mini bottles to grab beer and juice . Just wanted to pay for my stuff and leave. He was loud and had the most evil eyes and mouth. He was swearing telling me he was from New Jersey, so I better watch out!! I was in tears calling my husband, it was so unprofessional. It was scary. Maybe this man needs a psych evaluation or something. We will never be back, nor will we send anyone there. read more

Horrible experience - truly awful customer service. We entered the cooler to get a case out and the older foreign man screamed at us and told us to get out of the store! For the record, the cooler doors are not marked "Employees Only" or "Do Not Enter". Nor are the doors locked with only employees having keys. We shopped at that store for over a decade under the old owner and have spent plenty over the years. After how we were treated, not only will we never go back, we will be sure to tell all our neighbors that the new owners are abrasive and very rude to their customers. read more

Large selection of liquor, wine, and beer. Clean store and friendly customer service. Plenty of parking available in front of store. They also sell ice! This location opens early (10am during the week). Great location and the owner was super friendly and helpful. read more

stop by there on a monday morning, was looking for something i like in the boubon/ scotch dept. woman behind the counter keep looking like i was trying to steal something, brushed off the 1st couple but when i bent down to get a 1.75 bottle of scotch, i caught looking over the counter at me. i finaly told her do you actually think i would get up 1st thing in the morning to come in here and steal. where is the logic, where am i going to put it, in my pocket, she just started rolling her eyes at me, sucking her teeth and mumbling something in her native tongue. i tried to talk to one of the gentleman there but he just made excuses for her and became irritated. after a while i called back up there and asked for the mgr. the same lady answered then hung up on me. i called back and the same gentleman answered and didnt know who owned the store, who the mgr was, or his name, then he hung up on me too. i try so hard to support small bus, and minority bus. but indian people make it so difficult. their british arrogance, hard headedness and hatefullness makes it so not worthwhile. i seem to always have a bad experience dealing with them, im through with them. going back to sherlocks and total wines. read more

Came in here for a six pack of Creature Comforts Tropicalia and was immediately thrown off by the inflated prices (13.99 for a six pack!) It was only when I reached the counter that I learned that I was required to spend an ADDITIONAL 1$10 in order to walk out with this beer! I personally have never had a situation where I was required to spend more money order to purchase the one thing I desired. In this case I did not desire this beer that much since it is available all over town at a reasonable $9.99. I walked out without purchasing anything. Will not be returning after how they have tried to take advantage of their customers. read more

I was excited when I found a gem there among the rest of their mediocre selection. Tropicallia, for those not into craft beer, is fantastic;but sometimes hard to find. This place pulls a cash grab at the register and tells me I have to spend a minimum of $10 on OTHER overpriced items if I want to buy an overpriced 6 pack of Tropicallia. Stay away from this place. Prices are high, selection is poor and they are actively trying to find new ways to steal your money. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more
