I'm following the rating suit as the customer service, inventory & prices (especially the latter) surpasses the mark. Customer Service - wonderful as the employee behind the window & the other on the floor both greeted my brother & I & asked if we need assistance. Inventory - great for all things libations & smoking needs, with an extensive wine offering. The store is well organized & categorized like the big stores. Price Point - surprisingly economical as I saw 3 of my go to organic red wines that were $6-$8 cheaper then the neighboring stores like Total Wine... happily blew my vino mind. My brother picked up a bottle of Kahlua & said "oh, I've always wanted to try this brand & it's less expensive"...there you have it. Downside: No snacks such as candy, trail mix or chips - just a few small packets of peanuts & cashews. Located in the Perimeter Village shopping center next to The Bird & Viceroy restaurants. Open 7 days a week, slight hours adjustment on the weekends. read more

Extensive selection at this quaint liquor store down the street from Perimeter Mall. Located in a strip shopping area, the Perimeter Bottle Shop was convenient to my hotel and the prices were fair. Found my fave drinks and my buddy found some exclusive bottles that he had been searching online for. read more

I'm always able to find what I need at Perimeter Bottle Shop. Customer service is friendly, there is usually always someone around to help me if I have any questions. Not the largest liquor store but they have it all! There is liquor, beer, mixers and pop. I do feel I pay a bit more for liquor here but it's location is convenient for me. Parking is super easy, tons of free parking spaces in front of the location. read more

I have shopped here before. Loved it until tonight. My friend was refused service after I had paid for my items. COMPLETE and utter discrimination. The manager and staff were STALKING us. I thought it was because they treated their customers even better the more they liked you and could assist you if you needed to find a rare bottle of vodka. My friend showed me where TAAKA Vodka was. I was so happy. They had a pink bicycle hanging from the ceiling. We offered to buy it. They said it was being donated to charity. My friend offered $100. I countered with $101. And asked if they were having a silent auction. Now the bad part. I then personally witnessed how they treat people they do want at their store. I have been able to get some specialty items through this store that you cannot get at large places like Total Wine. I actually bought a barrel of Jack Daniels from the distillery and received it through this shop. Good selection! read more

This is a pretty standard "package" store that I only frequent because it's near my job and it's in a much safer location than the liquor store in the neighborhood where I currently live. There aren't bars or bullet-proof windows, and you can actually put your purchases down on the counter. Sometimes the workers are polite, decent people, and sometimes they will talk down to me... Presumably because I pass for being in my early twenties and they think I'm a dumb kid, or because I'm a woman. Can't say which way they swing, but it's happened a few times before I started just not asking them questions or listening to music when I'm inside. The prices here tend to be a few $ more than anywhere else I've gone, especially on the dark liquors, but that is probably because the people that live in this area tend to be middle class/middle upper class, and I'm sure they felt they could increase prices to accommodate their clientele. But I guess if I wanted cheaper liquor, I could just go to my local store where other patrons have harassed me, followed me around the store, and whistled at me. No thanks. It's laid out very simply, with dark liquors to the right of the store, mixers in the middle, and the other liquors wherever because I don't purchase a lot of clear liquors. As for their beer and wine selection, I complete ignore it and go just go to Total Wine & More or Target for my needs. The local Target has some seriously good deals on local beer, which is pretty rad. THE VERDICT: They have an average, run-of-the-mill selection, so if you're looking for standard vodka, rum, or whiskey, this place will have what you want, but if you're looking for something a little less common then... they definitely won't have it. Their pricing is a little above what I'm used to, but I have no doubt that's because of the area they're placed in. Overall, it doesn't have a great selection or very competitive pricing, but the location and the safety I feel inside of it sort of balance out those negatives for me. TIPS: If you're looking for more uncommon liquors, try Dunwoody Beverage. It's a few miles away, and it might have what you're looking for; it has the three times this store didn't. If you're looking for a better beer and wine selection, go to Total Wine & More, which has also never failed me. It's a few miles away and has a great local selection. read more

I have gone to this shop for awhile and have appreciated their gin selection. The employee behind the cash register was appropriately masked BUT another staff member was walking around the shop without a mask. She made no effort to to give appropriate space to customers and inserted herself by the cash register with an unmasked face while people were trying to check out. All the customers were appropriately masked. I should have returned my selection. I won't be back in. Tower does curbside and their staff behaves appropriately. read more

Just your local, unfriendly, hood liquor store (even though it's in Dunwoody). So I (used to) come here pretty regularly since it's close to home and work. Went in there Saturday and an employee suggested a bottle of 3 Olives Blueberry - supposedly on sale for 13.99. Of course, I get to the register and they charge me full price. The employee who told me it was on sale lets the cashier know that he informed me that it was 13.99 and to let me have it for that price. As a regular customer and due to the fact that the employee told me it was on sale, you would think they would want to keep my business and let me have it at the supposed sale price. NOPE. If you don't value my business as a regular customer, I'll take it elsewhere. Their normal prices are actually decent, which is why they got two stars. So if you don't mind being treated rudely, it's ok to shop here. I won't. read more

Absolutely horrible. They steal. The cashier (not owner) tried to pocket $20 of my change. Literally saw him put it in his left pocket! Kept asking for my $ and that's when he preceeded to call me all types of curse words. B****, f*** me, anything you can think of. This went on for 10 mins before the owner finally gave me my money. He wouldn't review the cameras because he was guilty. Worst service ever!!! read more

Along with sister shop Cambridge Package Store at Johnson Ferry Rd, they offer a huge variety of liquors, both bottom and top shelf, all reasonably priced. Both locations seem small from the outside but inside you'll find hard to find ingredients and unique distilleries. Tucked away in their neighborhood settings, still a secret to many, one hidden by a small Kroger, south end and one overshadowed by the super WalMart, north end of Ashford Dunwoody. Add the incredibly warm owners and staff that greet clientelle with familiarity and you'll agree that If you live in the area or ever shop Perimeter, this should be where you go to get your liquor. read more

Overpriced. I usually go to tower but this location was close to where I was and I wouldn't have to make another stop on the way home. The wine that I drink was $2 more than what I pay at tower. You may say $2 isn't much but it adds up when you buy multiple bottles. I didn't this day from this location since I knew I would be out and about the next day and could go to tower. This place is probably one of my fiance's favorite places to go for alcohol. They have a huge variety of liquors, both cheap and exquisite. They are reasonably priced. We've found things such as pomegranate liqueur and some very wonderful, expensive tequila as well. Their price for good vodka such as ketel 1, grey goose and three olives (my way of best gauging prices since it's probably the hard liquor I use/drink most) is very reasonable. Kind of funny to find a place like this tucked away in a center overshadowed by the super WalMart. If you live in the area, this should be where you go to get your liquor. read more

I used to live about a quarter mile from the store and went by often. I now live about 2 miles away and it's still my go-to store for liquor. Best prices around. The beer selection is good, but not great. The do keep a good selection of beer in the cold case, so I can always find something I like (and it's cold). Would like to see a better beer selection, but the liquor selection is great and cheapest in the area, which keep me going back!! I don't think I've ever bought wine there, but I looked and the selection looks to be good. read more

Second star is given on the off chance that my experience was a confluence of incompetence rather than willful deception on behalf of this store. I stopped by yesterday randomly looking for a beer and/or another good local option for purchasing beers, didn't find what I was seeking, and was ready to leave when an employee mentioned another beer they had gotten but hadn't shelved yet but would be selling tomorrow, offering to set back a bottle for me if I came back to purchase it. Seems like a good way to get me back in the door of your store! Good on you, initiated employee! But alas, when I returned today I was told that bottle was not available and a different employee at first feigned ignorance about the product I was trying to purchase. Eventually, I was told he "couldn't sell that" and "only [some other employee] was authorized to release those bottles." So I talked to the so-authorized employee only to be told the employee yesterday had lied, and that the bottles they had were "already sold" and thus could not be sold to me. I was pretty disappointed that such things had happened, particularly since I made a trip particularly on the promise made by their employee the day prior. The guy seemed unapologetic and instead insisted that there wasn't anything he could do... very "ehh, not my problem..." about the whole situation. He did, however say that while he couldn't sell me product A, he could offer me other good beers. I decided to hear him out, only to have him lowball me and offer me beers that can very easily be purchased on the shelf of many reputable stores at which I already shop. I will not be going back here, and would advise anyone to avoid it. tl;dr either lies, incompetent employees, or bait and switch tactics. Perhaps all of them. read more

I went there at 7:00 unaware that they closed at 7 on sunday. There was another lighter couple in front of me and I asked them why they were waiting outside and the guy inside told them to wait. I waited out there with them until one of the workers came to the door and told us they were closed. As I started walking away (keep in mind I am African American women) they let the other couple on and when I started walking towards the door they SHUT THE DOOR IN MY FACE!! I have never been so livid and felt so DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!! I will be reporting them and pursuing further actions! read more

This liquor store is one of the very few liquor stores in the perimeter mall area, always clean and open until around 11pm. The lines can get long on the weekend but the prices seem reasonable and they offer a large variety of liquors/ wine. Friendly cashiers also. read more
