I will give 100 stars if I can! After an extremely horrible experience with another cleaning agency for our move-out cleaning that ended up me firing them, we were scrambling to book someone else at a very last moment. I called Elite maid and Gilmer having understood the situation tried to accommodate us in his schedule. He initially promised one helper (which we were happy in the first place), but he freed up 2 more people sending us a team of 3 within a span of 2 hours!! Even though this was move-out cleaning, we did not have time to empty the house fully before scheduling the cleaning. There was still lot of stuff lying around that either needed to be dumped or packed. Gilmer's team understood that and very patiently inquired what stays or goes. They handled stuff very gently and did a thorough deep cleaning job. Everything was left spotless even better than how we got the house when we first leased. After everything was done, they asked for feedback and fixed even minor things. We are very thankful for their service! I highly recommend Elite cleaning service. Gilmer and his team have been absolutely amazing! I set them up to clean my elderly father's apartment and they are consistent and thorough and caring. They did an excellent first deep clean, which I was on site for, and they have done an amazing and consistent job cleaning his place every two weeks since. Additionally, they are willing to do other jobs like carpet cleaning and small repairs. They care about customer service and they go the extra mile. They are also being very careful wearing masks and gloves since resuming after a pause due to Covid 19. PLEASE take note! The negative reviews are for OTHER similarly named companies. There is an Elite Cleaning Service in California and I think Elite Cleaning Service in Lynnwood WA. Gilmer owns and operates Elite Maid Service out of Bellevue, Washington. The last reviewer wrote a scathing review for a company out of California with a similar name. We had Elite Maid deep clean our three-story house in preparation for a bunch of family staying over. Elite Maid arrived early, and after a five minute walkthrough of the house and a discussion of what work was to be done, they started working in three areas of the house at once. They were professional, respectful, were done within a few hours. We knew the house was in need of cleaning but frankly didn't know how much it needed it until we saw Elite Maid's work. I had gotten the house deep cleaned by another company less than a year before, before moving into the house. Elite Maid has put them to shame. After Elite Maid, our floors are a different color, and shiny, and not sticky. Marks that I thought were permanent in the oven are gone. Every last surface was dusted. Every week I discover some other part of the house that they cleaned and which now looks better than when we first moved in. We've hired them to clean our house monthly now. Bravo! I have finally discovered the BEST house cleaners in town! Elite Cleaners gave our home the kind of care it deserves. We recently moved into a condo that hadn't had a really cleaning in years. 3 hours later, the place was like knew. The owner called me soon after to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. (I can't recall any other service provider doing that!) I told him the job was done beyond my expectations. I did offer something to consider for next time. Amazingly, this very professional andamiable young man, came out the next day and proceeded to do the the extra "something" that I had mentioned. You can imagine my response. I asked for their assistance to clean my West Seattle apartment when vacating the unit before returning keys to the property manager. They were accessible and prompt to reach over text message, email, and phone. They were thorough in conducting an inspection of the apartment unit, doing the cleaning itself, and capturing photos of the cleaned unit. I cannot recommend Gilmer and his team enough. I needed a move out clean on very short notice and Gilmer came out right away to give an estimate. While here, he pointed out many areas I hadn't even considered needed (or even could be) cleaned. His team was prompt and did the most thorough cleaning that house has probably ever received! It was absolutely spotless-- from the cooktop and refrigerator to the corners of the shower door, to the blinds on my windows. We tried several cleaning services before Elite Maid but either they were too expensive or they would do a mediocre job. Elite Maid was the first cleaning company we have stuck with for several months now!! Not only are they thorough (clean every nook and cranny, no dust even behind counters!), they are also super efficient! I chose Elite Maid because of their great Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed, and I'm happy to add my 5-star review to the list. Gilmer and Marta did a move-out clean for me. They did an amazing job on the entire house. I'll give you just one example of their exceptional skills: There was a lot of caked-on stuff on the electric stovetop some of which had been there since before we moved in. I've had about 5 different cleaners. With my previous cleaners I had to mention things they missed or would get constant rescheduling. NOT WITH ELITE! These guy's crush it. On our walk through he showed me dust in places and said it would be cleaned. Dust I didn't even know was there! They do an exceptional job.
